La limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, el hotel muy bonito, El personal del hotel muy atento, especialmente una chica Wisandra Florian…. Es la gracia y su atención la que me gusto.

Lo unico que no me gusto es su entertainment….muy aburrido la unica noche dominicana fue el sabado, el resto de noches muy aburrido, el pueblo dominicano tiene merengue y bachata para shows todos los dias, las noches eran muy aburridas.

El personal del hotel es la mayor valoración del lugar, pero el hotel cumplió mis expectativas, tranquilo agradable, se podría decir céntrico. El lugar es paradisiaco

El resort no era muy grande pero creemos que mucho mejor que fuera mas bien pequeño, ya que todo estaba cerca y no había que andar grandes distancias. La playa privada de diez, al lado de la piscina, cómoda y en la que podías encontrar paseos muy agradables tanto a izquierda como a derecha. Personal amable y atento y habitaciones practicas y cómodas. El buffet muy bien, de lo que mas nos gustó . Mucha variedad todos los días y rico.

Lo que menos nos gustó fueron los cócteles. Demasiado azúcar y siropes varios.

Playa increíble. Es lo mejor del hotel.

Customer service. The entertainment left slot to be desired. A/C would go out everyday and we always had to call them. Dirty pillows with stained blood on them and on the cover. Tv was not working. Water went out. Bathroom floor was not safe and my wife fell and hurt herself.

Superb location...nice facilities....gorgeous beaches....nice pool/chairs/floats.....great staff....stayed in the "cottages" not the main hotel (and it was definitely worth it)...wi-fi was good....decent entertainment.....good excursions....overall great value.

Food is mediocre.....even the restaurants for which you need reservations....but it is an all inclusive so you sort of expect that. Lots of it and really no complaints.

Staff and attention to detail on accomodations. For example, staff was excellent! Partons are allowed to take drinks on the beach; adult freedom is given. Absolutely 💯 fantastic!

Nice beach and servers at restaurants were nice.

Incompetent and rude staff (reception). When we arrived, we were told that all the a la carte restaurants were fully booked, and we were told we had to book three days in advance. We were not informed that we need to book restaurants three days before our stay. The rest of our stay we had to have early dinners because all the restaurants were “fully booked”. The restaurants were not even half full until 9-10pm. They add stuff to your bill without your consent. I booked a massage and were told it cost 120 USD. Later when the reception handed me the bill, they had added more to the bill. They even added the new amount on an already signed paper without my knowledge. Highly unprofessional and illegal. I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service. The people at the reception do the bare minimum and you had to ask again and again for the simplest stuff like beach towels and restaurant bookings. The worst prat was the bigger issues like the altered bill and room issues. This was supposed to be 4 relaxing days before heading home, but we ended up having to solve a lot of issues made by the resort. I have never spent that much time at the reception. They lie and will often try to prolong whatever you ask for. Rooms: musty and damp. The bed sheets were always damp. The AC they have in the rooms are not working. It only makes the room super cold, which makes it even more uncomfortable combined with the dampness. There were never enough beach towels. Always had to wait for new ones for about 30-60 minutes.

Beautiful resort very cozy. Staff were very friendly. I loved that they have a tennis court. Hector the tennis instructor was very friendly and hopeful

The beach bar and pool didn’t have to have music the whole day. It was time of the day were the areas were very quite

I loved the staff. Each and every day they were so helpful, and going above and beyond to make our holiday and wedding party a lovely experience. The events manager (i forgot his name), Gema, Willliam and the sweet dinning room hostess made our experience memorable! Thank you to you all.💖

Very important: read this before going to a Viva Wyndham hotel. Cleanliness: practically non-existent, too few cleaning ladies to cover many rooms, rubbish accumulates in your room, towels are not changed, your bed will never be made. Restaurants: you will never use them, because arriving there to check in you cannot book for that day (second hotel can make the reservation until 3 pm). When they put your name on the list of an a la carte restaurant, you will arrive for dinner and your name will not be on the list. Prejudice regarding your nationality: the concierges will always ask where you are from, after that according to your nationality you will be discriminated against. I witnessed this several times, in two hotels of the chain. Management doesn't exist: you won't find anyone to complain, we stayed 4 days in this hotel, our room was never cleaned, water was never put in the minibar, our towels were not even changed, bed not made, glasses and garbage in the front hall. When you go to reception there are 2 people who can do nothing but listen. Low quality food: the buffet is very weak, food without variety, It looks like a buffet in a 3 star hotel, worse than all hotels and resorts in the Dominican Republic. Lack of care with food: flies landing on buffet food, food poorly preserved in the heat, strange looking salmon, warm yogurts. We got food poisoning from caviar served on the beach. Decaying structure: the bedroom mattress must have some 30 years old, has a hole in the middle, your body sinks and you will have horrible back pain. Activities do not exist, weak shows and entertainment, gym with equipment from the 60s and no variety. We traveled 30 days through the Dominican Republic, passing through several hotels and resorts, we can say that the viva wyndham chain is the WORST OF ALL.

I celebrate my wedding here and everything was perfect! We had an amazing room and the service was great. I have been before in that hotel and I loved it.

it’s all inclusive the bar run out of mint and tonic water and they need more choices for beverage with out alcohol
