Esta espaciosa unidad viene completamente amueblada con muelles para botes, piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, todo rodeado de hermosa naturaleza. This condo was amazing. Very spacious and great location. It had everything we needed plus more. Mark was a great host with terrific responses time to any questions and provided lots of information on restaurants and things to do. We will definitely return next year.

Our stay was super. The condo was clean, decorated just lovely and the location was great. Host, Mark, was very responsive and gave us complete instructions for entry. Even left us a couple of beers. Now tell me its a great Host.

Great Condo! Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and roomy. Nice pool and patio for entertaining. We have rented many VRBO houses, and condos, and this was one of the best. Great communication with host. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Mark Brown

Everything was perfect from reserving to checking in! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was more than adequately stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Bathrooms were clean. We loved staying here!

Perfect long overdue family vacation
The property was perfect for our family of 6 who are low key vacation people. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and the stocked game closet. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We came to this area to swim with the manatees and he helped point us in the right direction.

Great Balance of Rest and Play
Family Vacation on the River. Coffee on the balcony watching the wildlife, great river and coastal activities within a short drive. Had a great time!

Wonderful experience at this condo
Mark the host was just wonderful. He was super quick with any questions. We had no concerns or issues , every thing was just wonderful. This condo was so comfortable and well equipped. It felt like being in your own home. Plenty of pool towels and amenities. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more. Loved being in the screen porch and seeing the small alligator every day. We loved using the pool , bar-b-que for our memorial day grilling and sitting on the picnic tables to eat lunch and dinner most days. I will definitely love to rent this condo again next time we are in this area.

Condo was beautiful.
Owner was Awesome and gave us great tips on where to visit in the area including great restaraunts. All of my group were 65 plus. 4 of us are disabled and had a very hard time navigating stairs. Should include in description that there is no elevator. The condo was beautiful. Just on 3rd floor, so three levels of stairs to climb. Great for young folks. But all in all beautiful place.

We loved our stay!
This condo was the perfect location for my family to get away and still feel safe traveling at this crazy time. The condo was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of room for my husband and I, and our 4 teen boys. The location was so beautiful and we enjoyed watching gators swim in the river daily! We loved that there were binoculars available to use! The pool and hottub were clean, and never crowded. The people we met (including Mark) were all very friendly and gave us excellent suggestions on things to do and see. We had the most wonderful stay, it was hard to leave! Hope to make it back some day!

Great accommodations, beautiful and tranquil location right on the river. The condo was clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully appointed. Owners were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great locatiom.
Excellent stay. Plenty of activities nearby for all ages. Property Managers (not Owner) are not friendly and a bit over the top. Everything was as advertised and worked great (instructions on how to use the TV would help). Found great places to eat nearby on Trip Advisor. Overall, an excellent stay.

Incredibly Relaxing, good fishing, good people, great friendships made!!
Thank you for opening your home to us, we had the most incredible time in a most incredibly scary time in the world. We felt so safe and protected in your beautiful home. Everything we could possibly need was available. Your decor and amenities were fabulous. So enjoyed meeting all of the most friendly neighbors whom have now become lifetime friends. The river, the fishing, the pool, the amenities, the nieghborhood,what more could we have asked for for our stay in an epic time in the world. Thank you for everything, we hope to stay again when we can actually enjoy the town!!!

Great property and great host!
The property is exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic. You can walk to restaurants and antique shops or you can just sit on the sofa and watch activity on the river or walk along the boardwalk on the river. Mark, the host, was so responsive to any questions we had. If we are ever wanting to stay in the area again, we'll definitely get back to his property.
