The home was exactly as advertised, but even better in person. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The views were beautiful from every spot in the house. The drive up from town was a little bit long, but the scenery made it worth it! Henry was exceptional, and very helpful and kind. Would absolutely stay here again.

The week was a totally awesome time had by all! The granddaughter has been coming with us to St. John since she was 2 yrs old. The grandson, was on island at 5, now 13. We hit all our favorite snorkel spots, Haulover, Hansen, Leinster and around Lemon Cay, and all the easy ones, Cinnamon, Salt Pond etc. The HOUSE though, was the icing on the cake. It was unbelievable! Two separate houses, one up and one down! Each night we went downstairs where the grands were and talked about our days adventures. Then back up to our own floor!, while they watched a movie or played games. The pool was the bomb! Water warmed by the sun, a perfect cooling off after a hard day of snorkeling and hiking. No matter where we were, it was a perfect view! Shaded by the upper decks floor with plenty of sun to tan by. The beds were all comfortable - falling fast asleep- my lower back arthritis did not bother me at all. The sheets, bath towels and beach towels, were great, better then mine at home. With two refrigerators, two stoves, two washer/dryers, no going up and down when you needed anything. Just the drive to and from daily was an adventure, with deer, donkeys, mongoose and iguana's. The management company, was fantastic! He was great. Hope to work with him again on our next trip. The house, felt like home. It was, clean, comfortable, beautiful, it was really hard to leave it.

What. a. house. And what a view! This was by far the nicest accommodations we've stayed in as a family. Just about everything was perfect. We traveled to USVI as a family of six (two adults, 4 children ages 13-4) along with my parents - so 8 guests. It was so perfect. The views can't even be captured in the photos. The house was super, super clean. There are so many amazing details to the home itself, you could lost in wonder. You'll definitely want a 4x4 to get up to the home itself, and our guide was super helpful. When we go back to USVI, there's no reason why we won't stay here again.

The Croix Vista was beautiful and perfect for our party of 8 (4 couples). Every couple had their own room w/ bathroom. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the bathrooms had no doors on them so if someone had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the light/noise would potentially wake the other person up. The only staircase for the house is outside so if it's raining you get wet but that wasn't a big deal. We had a travel delay by one full day and Henry, our house greeter, graciously put all of our groceries we had delivered into the refrigerator for us. When we finally got to the island he patiently waited for our ferries and navigated us to the house and showed us around. We were grateful for the guided drive to the house in the dark, we never would have found it and we were extra grateful for the cold beers in the fridge. The views and accommodations are outstanding.

It is a nice home, but out of the 9 different stays on St John (7 different homes rented), this one would definitely be the lowest on the list. We had bugs, mainly mosquitoes in the morning and late afternoon; our grandson (14) had 21 bites at one time. The home didn't seem well furnished; limited in the kitchen but adequate, some of the furniture are in need of repair and replaced (2 dining room seats broke through, outdoor lounge was riped, and the mattress of the first bed we slept in is in poor condition. Plus we have never stayed at a home where we had to go out and purchase tolit paper and paper towels, etc... we also have rental in MI and being stocked is only right.). The house as a whole could use some up-dating. Please note, I have never left a negative report for any rental we have ever had anywhere... I am a positive person. We were just disapointed with his home. However, Henry, our host was exceptional... we appreciated his alot... and the views were awesome!.

This property is beautiful and swimming and overlooking the valley is a great way to vacation. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. This property is pretty high up, and getting to it can be a little daunting. However, the taxi trucks will come and get you so make friends with a driver get their number and you will be just fine. Also, there are only sheer curtains so there is very little privacy. Finally, the main areas are not air-conditioned but the rooms are all air conditioned.

We didn’t have to worry about a baby gate inside, and they couldn’t get down to the pool level by themselves. Also - because there’s no interior staircase, sound does not travel at all between floors. My sister & her husband stayed downstairs and always strolled up around 8am, well past our 6am wake up - claiming not to have heard a sound. It’s also worth noting that only the bedrooms have air conditioning. The main living areas are essentially open air with screen doors to the outside. The fans were sufficient though and it wasn’t ever too hot - even as we fired up the grill and stove to cook some amazing dinners. Lastly and perhaps most importantly - getting to this epic view requires a CLIMB up a pretty intense hill. Lots of twists and turns. You need your own vehicle. The one night we wanted to cab it to dinner so we could have some drinks it ran us $80 each way. It’s not an especially convenient location, but the view is absolutely worth it. Don’t let the drive deter you - book it! We loved it.

Overall fantastic villa. It's a little far from the cruz bay area and the north shore beaches. Very steep and narrow roads to get to the property. You absolutely need a 4X4 vehicle, especially if it is raining or it will be a difficult task to get up to the villa.
