Price increased a lot in comparison to a couple of years ago

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y sitios arqueológicos. Y un restaurante bar en el ultimo piso con vistas a la Acrópolis. Muy bien.

Nous avons eu des fourmis dansmla chambre et la salle de bain et meme en le déclarant à la réception; rien n’a été fait. Aucun suivi!

Café da manha bom, boas opçoes de paes, queijos, bolos, ovos. Localizaçao excelente. Proximo dos pi tka turistico. Dà para ir. Pé para a Plaka e à Acropole.

The breakfast was ideal and very fresh. The staff was very professional and the cappuccino and expresso were individually prepared. Everyone was very helpful and professional especially when I requested an additional chair for the room. The bus stop in front of the hotel was very convenient once I understand the public transportation in Athens.

Everything was great, the breakfast was good but simple, it could have been a richer selection. The comfort of the rooms was fantastic.

Heritage Hill is een leuk boutique hotel, modern en netjes ingericht, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed ontbijt en een super rooftop terras.

Ik had een kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel wat qua geluids isolatie echt tegenviel. In de nacht lijkt het verkeer soms door je kamer te komen

Not much. The coffee machine was good tough.

The staff was unprofessionel, they couldn’t managed to clean the room and supply towels, toilet paper, etc or even to communicate. The iron we asked for was so small and almost useless. That was a huge disappointment. District of the hotel was not so nice and it was too noisy even at late night. The room was small and the bathroom was stinky. Overall everyhing about the hotel was below average. We would never choose this hotel if we come again.

We visited this hotel for a second time. The first one was for an emergency and the hotel back then felt quite new. We were expecting the same experience this time as well since we came back. The hotel is still quite new outside and we were excited to be back. The location is quite nice since it is close to the center. The people working there are nice and accommodating.

First of all, there was a promotion on Booking for a free room upgrade (executive room). The room was very spacious and on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, due to poor maintenance, the windows could not close properly and it was super loud from the street (with cars, etc.). To solve this, the hotel gave us a basic room on the 3rd floor. On the first day, the room was not cleaned. We were out of the hotel until 16:00 pm and then when returned they were going to start cleaning which was not optimal. During the next few days, the cleaning was very superficial and there was a constant lack of toilet paper which we were asking for from the reception. The breakfast was nice but not something extraordinary. To summarize, the price for this hotel is not aligned with what it is offered in the end.

Friendly staff , clean and good location

The noise at night from the main road was horrific ! The breakfast in such a small space and not much variety for a 4 star hotel!!!!

A little far from attractions

Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming . Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable with perfect shower facilities. Good quality shampoo and soap. Location is perfect, just 12-15 mins far from tourists bus stations (close to Zeus temple ). The area is safe .

I preferred soup option was in restaurants menu

All very good, no complaints at all. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

New and clean structure and the position is good for visit Athens, 10 minutes walk to reach Plaka district and 20 to Monastiraki the most beautiful district of Athens. Very Kind staff

The hotel is on a very busy road and you can hear some noise from the room

The rooms are minuscule!!! So incredibly small, and not enough storage space.

Hotel was lovely and had a relaxing atmosphere. It was about a 15/20 min walk to Plaka - so not in the middle of the busiest part of town, but easy enough to access.

Could have done with some better pillows and has a inner room window into the shower, but thankfully also a curtain - other than that it's great.

Странно убиралась горничная, один раз вообще не пришла, но это не омрачило отдых нисколько

Fijne plek, goede bedden, heerlijk ontbijt met zeer gastvrij personeel. Uitstekend bereikbaar met de metro.
