House was beautiful and the perfect location. There is no A/C and September it can get a little muggy in the afternoon and early evening. We slept with the windows open and it was a little loud at times and woke us up but can’t complain too much considering we got to fall asleep to the ocean sounds. House was well stocked. Bob took care of all our needs and was great at communicating. Would love to stay again.

We spent a wonderful long weekend here in July. The location couldn't be better. A short walk to restaurants and right on the strand (beach walk). Our favorite part was relaxing on the patio and watching all of the roller skaters, bikers, walker, etc. go by. We will be back!

Couldn't say enough about the location, and the house itself is nice. Bob is communicative and easy to work with. If welcomed back, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. One thing to take note of, is that if you have two decent sized cars, both won't fit in the garage, as it's a tandem set up. However, the property owner has an awesome system set up where a second car can park about a block away.

Stayed here for my birthday for multiple days, and invited friends over for dinner one night / a beach stay on another day. Everything was perfect - the place is extremely well equipped, looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The people watching on the boardwalk itself is worth it (2 Slomo sightings each day !)
Minor quibbles, expected for us, and not worth taking a star off:
- the boardwalk is right in front of it, you can't assume complete silence in mornings / evenings
- it is a beach rental; so some use / rust is there and should be expected.

WOWZA! This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's exactly like the photos! I came with 4 teenagers (19, 17, 17, 16) and it was plenty of space for us not run into each other. We were only here for 3 nights and unfortunately it rained the entire time so we didn't get to enjoy the property fully (didn't grill, sit outside for sunrises/sunsets, etc) but the teens definitely enjoyed gamingin the living room! The Host was immediately responsive when I had questions and I found the check-in and out instructions were pretty easy to follow. I hadn't planned on renting a car but did so for a road trip to Palm Springs where it was sunny. Driving is really "tight" in the alleyways, and parking for me was especially challenging because I'm not used to such narrow spaces, but I managed. Overall, this home was EXCELLENT and convenient to attractions, supermarket, etc and I'd definitely rent again! Thanks a million, Bob!!!

Great Location & Ample Space
Walking into the property was just like we had walked through our computer screen. Everything we read on-line was identical to the unit. It was great having the beach steps away from the front door plus having all the beach necessities provided including, but not limited to towels, chairs, and sand toys. Nice central location to tourist attractions and easy walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Having a garage space for the rental car was wonderful! The overall decor of the unit was tasteful. We will back!!

Property was just as described ! Very clean , spacious, and perfect location for going to beach, restaurants, walking and relaxing. Bonus having garage so didn’t worry about finding parking if you went out which was rare with everything there.! Property manager very receptive when we had to contact him. Awesome Week!
This please is absolutely so inviting! Everything that you could possibly need is here. It even accommodated 21 people for Thanksgiving, not only because of the perfect San Diego weather, but also due to the size of the inside and the huge deck outside. There is nothing better than stepping outside your front door and putting your feet in the sand. Within walking distance to all kinds of fun things. Communication with the property manager was excellent. He called within minutes of me texting him a question. We will definitely return to this beautiful place. Wonderful memories were made this week.

Great location right on the beach!
Love the location of the property, great patio on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. Close to a lot of restaurants and a Ralph’s. Kitchen and pantry were well equipped and the home well appointed. The tenant who lives on the 3rd floor wasn’t a great neighbor- he opened the door to the property from the garage and yelled which scared our kids (10/8/5). He was upset because we needed to move a car - which we checked with the neighbor on, and were waiting for a door dash delivery before we moved it, but instead of being polite he was incredibly rude, disrespectful and inappropriate. I would probably stay again but ensure the door to the garage is locked at all times!

Great location; could be cleaner.
Pros: Great location, right on the beach, minutes to shops and restaurants. Pleasant and accommodating manager, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms/showers.
Cons: Area rugs need cleaning or replaced. Do not recommend going barefoot as floor was not too clean. We managed to clean the floors with baby wipes and paper towels before the grandkids arrived. Small dining table with glass top had wobbly legs and dangerous for kids. Recommend property inspection between guests to ensure all items are in place and in working condition: ie: Water Key (missing, later replaced), Coffee maker didn't work (later replaced 2x since first replacement also malfunctioned), Malfunctioned smoke alert that went off about 20 times for 5 hours until handyman came at 10 p.m. to inspect and remove. New one installed next day. These glitches were eventually remedied/replace by manager who was very helpful, but day one was not pleasant.

Excellent Stay
The home is beautifully located on the beach with scenic views! You can hear the ocean waves and it also has easy pull down shades for movie watching and privacy at night. The kitchen is well stocked with overly dishes and plenty of cooking utensils, silverware. Airy and bright! ☀️ We had a great time.
