The location was perfect. Inside the centro storico. The room was very good.

The stairs to get to the room were difficult special for disabled people.

Location and helpfulness of staff, in particular, Sarah, who was exceptional.

The apartment was in the centre, everything could be reached in a few minutes.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful.

my room was in a loft so it was always hot and although it was Air-conditioned it struggled to cool the room. The room itself really need an update. Breakfast was very basic.

Palazzo Raho is very central, but quiet at night. A beautiful building.

I loved staying here, it's right in the heart of Cefalu. The room was large and it gave me the palace feel :) Parking arranged by the host 5 minutes walk away. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the European breakfast very good and tasteful.

Location is great and the receptionist is very very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The breakfast was nothing like the pictures they show. First the breakfast is not in the hotel and second is only a coffee and a croissant in a caffe nearby. I asked in the caffe if it was possible to change the coffee for an orange juice but they said no. A bit disappointed as in the pictures I could see fruit, juice and cereals.

basic room, nothing extra (no water in the room). parking was a long way from the room and very difficult if you have suitcases as it’s uphill on a cobbled road and no help from anyone for the bags, also we were on the 2nd floor, no lift. The breakfast should be ordered separately. the receptionist has a very bad attitude and spoke in a very rude way. we had a problem where we parked in the car park as it wasn’t clear which part of the car park we should use.

Very close to the cathedral and everywhere, nice people on reception, clean, cool patio.

It was so convenient right in the middle of the old town. We had an amazing breakfast in the morning after sleeping in a very comfortable bed . The host went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Location.

No lift. Breakfast was just OK. Although the location is good it is very noisy. There were people drinking outside till past 1am mid week and then in the morning there were trucks around 0600. There is no lift which makes it hard for luggage.
