Location was excellent

Everything was great but only thing we didn’t like was that the water pressure was very weak from 9PM - 11PM after that the water pressure was back to normal.

Location was right near Dotonburi and close to train and convenience stores. However felt a bit seedy with lots of massage parlours and more in the street

Beds were small - double beds not Queen. Pillows rock hard and only provided 1 per person. Water supply issues in evening.

Very prime location. Near the major places like Kuromon Market, Shinseibashi and Namba areas. Rooms are big. I even recommended the place to my colleagues.

Self service check in. Can’t get extra laundry powder during my stay. Apartment appears to be situated beside a night club or so, but still feel safe.

Room size was superb for Japan. Check in was easy and easy to message and communicate via booking.com messages in app. Helped out promptly with WIFI issue also.

Room is spacious and within mins walk to Dotonburi and metro station. Excellence location. Check-in was straight forward and easy. Communication with the Bon Con was also easy and efficient.

However during our stay, the water pressure wasn't so good at night. Morning was OK though.

Very clean room, bigger than other hotels in the same area. I wish we had more shelving space or hangers to put our clothes. I like that the toilet has a 8hr heating function, we washed some clothes and it dried overnight.

No daily cleaning. But this was made known up front.

The layout of this apartment is perfect for us, a group of 5. It is not that big, but just enough for us.

There were only one towel for each of us although we were staying for 3 nights. However, this is normal for Japanese stay.

The location was perfect. Right next to Dotonbori and very close to the train stations

No one there to speak to if we needed help. We couldn’t get into our room to start and had to send a message to Booking for help.

The rooms are spacious. Location is pretty good. 5mins walk to nearest station. 10mins walk to Central part of Namba.

At night, the surroundings is a bit sleazy. Due to some nightlife activities.

Location convenient. Shopping and eating no problem at all, just walking distances if you are not intending to take metro. Check-in was easy, too. If you are early check-in, you can put your luggage in there, and there was lock provided. Security. The main gate needs a password code to enter (note: while pressing the button, you need to press hard in order to open. There are cctv in lift. The room door also required a password code to open. Transportation convenient. Changing metro or taking jr line to attractions also in short timing if you plan well. The room was big and comfortable with all supply, which you need while travelling. Overall, the trip was fun and comfortable in staying here. 👍
