Duplex penthouse by the sea with WI-FI
Ático duplex en primera linea frente al mar, consta de dos plantas, en la planta inferior se encuentra un dormitorio con un baño y vestidor, salón independiente con un comedor y acceso a la terraza principal de 60 metros con vistas al mar, cocina totalmente amueblada, hay otra terraza en la parte trasera de la vivienda. La planta superior a la que se accede desde la terraza lleva a un dormitorio principal con un baño completo y terraza frontal al mar. La propiedad se encuentra situada en una de las principales calles del barrio de la carihuela, calle peatonal donde podrá encontrar, bancos, restaurantes, farmacia, tiendas, supermercados. La playa esta a solo 20 metros de la casa!!!! dispone de wifi y canales internacionales.

Javier was very good, met us on time and was very helpful, he replied almost instantly to any messages. Javier also managed to let us have a late check out which was fantastic, made a huge difference.
The apartment is in a great location right on the beach. Nobody overlooking you with wonderful views through all the front windows of the sea.
The outside terrace was perfect, you felt like you were on the beach minus the sand.
On a blustery day we used the terrace at the rear of the property which provided shelter from the wind on that particular day.
The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean.
Kitchen was also very well equipped.
To begin with it was a bit odd having to go upstairs via the outside to the second bedroom…. Almost like two separate apartments, but no problem at all.

We had a great stay on the beach. Easy communications, easy to find the place, some great restaurants nearby, amazing views of the beach, comfortable, and clean. Will stay again next time in Torremolinos.

You can’t beat your location on Playa La Carihuela.
The area is so vibrant both during the day & at night. Everyone is so friendly.
We relaxed every evening on the spacious balconies overlooking the sea watching the sun set, while enjoying an espresso made from the convenience of the kitchen.
It quickly felt like home.
The place was so very clean & just as shown in the photos.

It was a nice stay, the owner was very helpful with the photo shoot that we planned. He helped to arrange for a photographer, who was also very nice to us. The house has a beach view if thats what you are looking for.

Fabulous outside terraces to enjoy the wonderful weather and people watch. The description of the property is very accurate. Right in the middle of the resort, so very easy access to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Car not needed. Property owner extremely helpful throughout booking process and a wealth of useful information on arrival. Three very enjoyable weeks spent at this property. Thank you very much. Kind regards.
