目的地に近くて静かだった。

トイレの扉がなくびっくりした。

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love the extra large room that fits our family of 5 perfectly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the paid parking lots are right around the corner from the hotel, so driving there by car isn't a problem.

The pillows were harder this time than I remembered and there was a bug in the bathroom to greet us when we arrived. Having stayed there before and not experiencing that, I would still stay there again in hopes that it was a fluke.

大須商店街にほど近く、私達の滞在目的に適したとても良いロケーションだった。 ３人部屋は広く、モダンで落ち着いた内装で良かった。広いソファーとテーブルスペースがあって、子供達がおもちゃを広げたり、絵を描いたり、本を読んだりするのに重宝した。 シャワールームも脱衣所も広くて、便利だった。

到着時間に関する質問メールに返答したにも関わらず、その後も同じ質問メールがブッキングサイト経由で幾度となく届いたこと。 玄関に自動感知のライトがあって、玄関横の洗面所に行くたびにライトが付くのだが、子供を先に寝かしつけて寝室部分を消灯した後、洗面所へ行くたびにライトが付いてしまい、入り口に一番近い場所に寝ている人に、明かりが直にあたってしまうので、寝室と玄関（洗面所）の間に、扉かカーテンなどがあったら良いと思った。あるいは、玄関の自動感知モードを必要に応じて切り替えられればいいなと思いました。

It is very difficult to find room for a family of 5. This hotel was very exceptional and was able to accommodate me and my family.

とても綺麗で、無料で洗濯機等が使えた事が良かった！繁華街とかでは無いので、騒音もなくゆっくり出来ました。

トイレは、お風呂とは別のところにあるといいと思いました。 トイレやお風呂の面で、家族以外では使いづらい気がします。 浴槽があるとなお良かったです！

spacious and very clean , no check in before 3pm which is NORMAL given this is NOT a hotel

Easy check in, great location, ample space for my family while we explored Nagoya.

I wish there were instructions on how to turn down the brightness of the motion sensor lights near the bathroom so you don't get so much light in the middle of the night.
