Amazing place tucked away in the mountains. Hosts were super friendly and always helpful. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the beds were great. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a quiet place.

The place is a little hard to find... Not too many dining options unless you drive 20-30 minutes which was a bummer

The view from the room is perfect and the landscape wonderful Good starting point to go for road bike tours The hosts are open and very friendly and helpful, yet respect your privacy When initially we were not so happy with our ground floor room, it was made possible to change to a different room upstairs without hesitation

Everything, from the hosts, the pool the location, the afternoon drinks, the room, the bed that was super-comfortable, and the region. A perfect place to bring your dog(s) :-)

The Villa is in a beautiful location in the Pyrenees close to nature but also some lovely towns with amazing restaurants. However it was our hosts that made the holiday with their relaxed and fun attitude they were always a pleasure to be with.

We enjoyed the location, the beautiful scenery, the pool, the food, the hosts and the place being pet-friendly. The room was clean and confy and the breakfast and dinner were delicious, with great setups.

All was perfect

Great, helpful family helped to spicy up our Pirinexus bike trip. The villa has quite a remote location, but there wasn't a single thing we were missing: home-cooked food, drinks, small talk, nice comfortable rooms, heater etc. - everything was there. Definitely gonna come back one day.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property that provides a comfortable, relaxing stay. The accommodations are very cozy and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Wilm was kind enough to call and make dinner reservations for us. The proprietors speak fluent English.

Wim and Renilde are great hosts. They are very helpful and they really make you feel at home. We were offered breakfast and dinner and they were both delicious. The house is very nicely decorated, and so are the spotlessly clean rooms. All in all, a superb and very unique experience!

Just one thing, be a little careful if you come with a motorbike, the road leading to the property is a bit rough . OK for a GS type, not so great for a roadster ! Thankfully short and back to the main road with a bit of help :))

Looking to discover the Orientales Pyrennees , from Montpellier we found a hidden gem ! LOCATION : Tucked away in a quiet little hill in a quaint village called Arles-Sur-Tech. A Quick 2 hour drive and voila..right in the lap of the Canigou ( and only 40kms to Perpignan ; mountains , seaside , Girona, Spain ) The B and B appears after you go through a secret driveway - which you will never find unless the owner tells you where to look and its a beauty ! ) Wim & Renilde are sailing enthusiasts and they can tell you a few secrets close by ; and in Winter all the snow stuff or quiet time to read ,walk , bike . We drove to the other side of the Canigou on the road to Andorra and were able to go and experience the high alpine snow town of Font Romeu - all in a few hours . AMENITIES & ROOMS : its a fairly new property only a year ,so everything is shiny clean . Small and intimate with 4 different rooms ,aesthetically elegant ; we got the best and biggest as we were the only couple due to COVID safety !and THE CROWNING GLORY IS THE VIEW FROM 2 OF THE ROOMS of La Canigou ( see attached picture!) , amazing bathrooms , warm fireplace ,comfortable beds , heaters, TV , library, small swimming pool , chess , FOOD : Breakfast is extra but well worth it , with flaky melt in the mouth croissants, cheese and ham , eggs , fruit salad , orange juice , tea and coffee, home made marmalades - enough to keep you till lunch! Renilde has a secret - ask for dinner ! and you will be pleasantly surprised , we had the best home cooked Lasagne ever,, with a glass of wine ! both the Bolognaise and the Veggie with spinach were exceptional ( my wife rates it the best she's eaten anywhere in Europe in very loong time ( see the picture ) . HOSPITALITY : Renilde and Wim are the type of people you would like to stay with - interesting conversations , spending time with you , taking feedback , sharing their life experiences ! absolutely the reason you must stay here !!
