The location was excellent and any issues I had were dealt with, within seconds! I'll definitely book here again.
No lift to the top floor, and I had a lot of stuff! This is not the fault of the property owner though, it's the building design.

location was great, quiet block, equipped with everything we needed. Had a problem with the boiler, but texted maintenance guy and he told us how to rectify. Given it was a Sunday night I as impressed with the extremely quick response. It was a 30 second easy fix.
There was a smell from the drains occasionally, which was unpleasant. Not the apartment’s fault as I’m sure it was not just our accommodation, but all the apartments in the block.

no welcome package, boiler stopped working and general cleanliness was poor

Convenient location. Clean and nice. super market was 2 mins walk. Host was very helpful. Allocated parking. would definitely stay again when in Darlington.

large bedroom window doesn’t close and is damaged making the room cold.
tv in the room didn’t work properly for the 1st two days.
Could have mentioned it was on the 3rd floor in the add.
