The location, the property's amenities and the size of the property. it was wonderful to have so much space and to have the use of a pool without leaving the property. Having the pontoon for our boat was pure gold. We loved the ducted air con and that there were so many TVs, two rooms with an ensuite and all with walk in robes. The bath tub is gorgeous too. Decent amount of kitchenware supplied which was handy (though could do with more plasticware). All bathrooms were very very clean.

That linen needed to be provided by the guest or paid for as an extra charge (which seems really last century not to mention exorbitant when paying in excess of $600 per night). All of the pillows were terrible and didn't have white cases on them; just the cases that matched the very dated bed spread. There were only two pillows per bed (save for single beds) also. We weren't sure if the bed spreads and cases had been washed. The mattresses are very hard but the one in bedroom 3 was intolerably hard. Some family members were very disappointed that there was no Foxtel. It was also a bit of a turn off not being able to utilise the garage. The back patio area was quite unclean as was the pool fence but that was no much concern. it would have been nice if the tiles were at least nice and freshly cleaned (same goes for the top balcony). The outdoor furniture cushions have seen better days as has the plastic cover on the outdoor table. The bedroom furniture was really quite "sad" looking in all of the rooms and the house generally lacked a nicely furnished and decorated feel particularly when it is marketed as being a luxurious home. For a luxurious home we were surprised to see not one lamp/floor lamp in the home particularly in the bedrooms and main living area especially absent dimmer lights.

The house was great for our large group, the pool and outdoor area were fantastic. Also its in a really great location.

Linens and towels were extra and expensive although we were already paying a premium for the house. $40 extra per dog, which i wouldn't mind but dogs outside only and you had to leave no trace of the dog being there....I dont mind cleaning up just not sure what the $40 is paid for as they your credit card for any damages. Also the cleaning fee only covers very basic cleaning, the house was cleaner when we left than when we got there. Feels like some of the charges are just not necessary when you are paying a premium for a luxury property.

Great BBQ. Very nice house in general. Ample space for everything and perfect for entertaining. When dropping off the keys the lady at First National Real-estate Bongaree was lovely, a stark contrast to the lady I got the keys off.

Some of the staff at First National Real-estate Bongaree were rude when picking up keys. Garage was locked for owners things, it would have been nice to be able to use it but I understand. Not everything about the house was clean especially glass. Water tap on jetty didn't work. The bed sizing on booking.com is confusing. Would be nice to have easy to read sizes like Queen or Single instead of Inches. Two lights one on stairs and one upstairs were flickering. No cheese knife. Grass wasn't cut, even had seeds sprouting.
