The location is great for bars and restaurants but still very quiet, everything that you would need is provided for your use. The place is very clean and well kept, The apartment is spacious and light, the view from the large terrace is beautiful. You can walk 20 yards and swim in the sea.

By no means a criticism, as the place is just great. A little bit more usage instruction on some of the items would be helpful. Such as the Aircon units, there are 3 in the property. The washing machine and dishwasher too, whilst both quite standard in their operation, ( not everyone can read Greek) . Also so many consumables are provided , I did not know what to feel free to use and to replace. I.E. tissues, bug zap liquid refills, bin bags etc...

a little more storage space (drawers) in the front bedroom and air conditioning in the third bedroom would have been helpful

This is a large apartment right on the waterfront with a great view over the bay to Spinalonga. It is slightly elevated giving privacy and an uninterrupted view from the huge terrace. We found the location quiet yet there are so many restaurants within a five minute walk. It takes around ten minutes to walk to the beach. It was a bonus having on-site parking. NB When you arrive by car you have to drive along the “promenade” through several restaurants. Quite a startling approach. Overall we had an excellent stay.
