The Orchard is even better than it looks in the pictures. Gorgeous design, super layout that includes a main level bedroom and bath. Everything is super clean and will stocked. The host was very easy and helpful to work with.
La Verkin is really nicely located between both sections of Zion National Park and it is also close to the bigger community of St George.
I highly recommend The Orchard.

Great property for our trip to Zion NP. The home was updated and very clean, great for our party of 8. One of the best, well-stocked properties we've stayed in. We appreciated the easy check out process. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for a few nights on the Zion leg of a family hiking trip. The house is great for a mix of adults and kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with smart details (like shelves instead of old dressers) that make it easier to live out of a suitcase. The kitchen was well equipped and both kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. La Verkin is a short ride to the park, but we also enjoyed the local hike up to the lookout and running through neighborhoods. Would love to stay again.

Stayed here to hike in Zion 2 days. This property is large and can accommodate a family or group stay. Lots of room to cook and spend time together. It is less than 30 minutes away from Zion and the drive there is beautiful. It was nice to relax in the private hot tub after a long day of hiking. The property was extremely clean and had everything one would need. Communicating with the host was easy and they responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
We did not need anything in La Verkin, but there were grocery options and restaurants. And Hurricane is just a couple minutes away if you needed something more.

We stay during the 4th of July for 2 nights but the AC not working during our stay. It's 105+++ degree weather and inside the house was 85 degree. Not only the AC not working, Kitchen's hood isn't working and there is no ice machine available. So it's make our stay even uncomfortable. We tired to look for another house but it's way too late where all house are fully booked and nothing available. The owner is offer a tiny house in the garge where the AC is working but it won't fit our group. So some of us that can't stand the heat in the house after the long hiking stayed in there. The orchard is nice and cooling down in the morning and it's the only things we enjoy during our stay. The owner gave us one day refund both night came out to be $522. When they said 1 day refund I was expecting about half of what we pay back. It was a nightmare vacation and we feel like we don't want to comeback to Zion during summer again. By the way when we checked out technician have to replace the new unit of AC already.

We had a wonderful stay. The orchard was beautiful. Clean and more than enough rooms for our adult party of six.
Kitchen and grill met our needs.
Three full baths. No issued getting ready to go to Zion n Bryce NP.
Highly recommend.

Great space for visiting with family
Nice open floor plan - Very comfortable beds (not 4 Kings though. 3 kings + 1 day bed and 1 queen with bunk) - nice big kitchen - Beautiful orchard - you can tell someone once loved this as their home.

Convenient access to Zion.
3 King Beds. Spacious living area. Local town has adequate amenities, outlined in handbook by owner. Off-street parking in driveway is good, but entry from unpaved street tricky for low-clearance vehicles.

Great Place
This was a great place to stay for our visit to Zion. It was a quick drive to the park, and in the evenings we were able to try the various restaurants in the area. The home was clean and spacious & my kids loved the hot tub

Utah oasis
This home was awesome. Lots of room, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Very quiet and relaxing. Owners very helpful and gracious. Deck and yard was very relaxing. Trees and flowers are budding and blooming. You can tell that this place is taken care of with lots of love.
I would highly recommend this home to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

The perfect Zion stay
This home was perfect for our group of five! Everyone had their own (very comfortable) bed, most had their own room. We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the home, and how effortlessly thoughtful and functional it was. Towel racks in the bedrooms to keep track of who’s-who’s, ways to clean up outside after muddy hikes, extra towels and toiletries in case anyone forgot, cooking-ready kitchen, and the hot tub was a huge plus. Can not emphasize enough how clean the home was either- easily the best Vrbo I have stayed in. It was a down to earth, quality stay. Host communicated well and checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable.

Great staycation for large groups!
The property manager is great at communicating and ensuring you have everything prior to and after the stay. The home itself is awesome with very comfortable beds, a great cooking area and hot tub! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s also just close enough to the mountains that you get a nice morning view 😊 Loved it!

Lovely home
The home was clean and the kitchen fully stocked, lots of rooms and area. The only negative was the not so clean looking hot tub, we decided to forego that. Otherwise lovely place and the owner was very communicatative!

Security worries
Neighbourhood seemed a little dodgy and that impression was not helped by the wooden sticks in every window (to prevent people from sliding them open completely). Luckily, no one tried to break in while we were there but we were worried cos 2 of the rooms downstairs open out to the hot tub but there was no deadbolt on one of the external doors.
One of the rooms downstairs with the bunk beds also had an unfinished area under the stairs that was a little creepy.
Positives: comfy beds, nice mugs
Negatives: pillows too soft. Utensils and even 1 of the hair dryers melted. Broken light at downstairs landing.
I wouldn't stay here again cos of the security concerns.

Perfect home to stay in with cycling friends.
We all thought this home was a great choice to stay in for our gravel cycling event. Plenty of room for the 7 of us with our bikes. Beautiful home and area.

Great place. Convenient location
Comfortable for 10 and roomy. In town only 30 minutes from Zion. Some of the window coverings downstairs was dusty and should be addressed for future visit but overall very comfortable place. Thank you

Peaceful beauty
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil area and beautiful views from the home! We had lots of space to be together, and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were great features. The location was fantastic for visiting the national parks. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great rest and spot for Zion
We stayed here three nights with my in laws and kids. The main floor has lots of space and is a great respite. Very easy access to Zion, 25-30 min away. The orchard outside is amazing - so many fruits and nuts - so much fun exploring, picking and eating. Kaela was very easy to communicate with and extremely prompt as we had a few questions when we got there. Great place to stay with comfy beds and linens. Kitchen and everything we needed for breakfast and dinners - just brought food.

A hidden gem with a great location.
The Orchard was fantastic!
Highlights: the amenities available. The location. The backyard with all the fruit trees. Shopping and restaurants close by. Within 30 mins of Zion, which is where we were canyoneering.

Great place to stay when visiting Zion
We stayed with family while visiting Zion and this house was perfect for us. It was large enough for our party of 8. The grounds were beautiful, with many tress and flowers in the back yard. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice Zion home
We enjoyed staying at the Orchard during our visit to Zion. It was conveniently located to the park - just under 30 minutes - which was totally reasonable for our family. The house was extremely comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids loved running around in the backyard and we enjoyed watching the many birds in the trees from the deck. We would definitely recommend this house to others!

The house has a fabulous flow
I loved the flow of the house. The kitchen was large and I loved how there was plenty of room for the nine of us to cook, eat, work, play all in the main rooms of the house. The sectional was huge and fit all of us. The house is in an older safe neighborhood, but the home inside is very modern looking and updated. We loved being so close to Zion and also St. George. I loved the small town. We had an absolute blast. The owners were VERY responsive to our needs.

Great house!
We enjoyed our stay so close to Zion and St George! The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. Ceiling fans in all rooms were awesome. We enjoyed playing games around the table and relaxing in the hot tub. Great house!!

Great location and fun property
We stayed at The Orchard for a fun friends getaway with another couple. The property was perfect for our little getaway. There was plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, and there was also a large enough common area that we could all get together and play games or watch a movie together.
We loved the hot tub. It was a great way to wind down in the evening.
The location was great. It was nice to be in town, with restaurants nearby, It was also great to have so much beautiful nature that was easily accessible from our location.
We were here in February, so we didn't get to enjoy the fruit trees in the back. I would love to come back later in the year and pick some of that fruit. I bet it is delicious.
Overall, we had a great experience and we would love to stay here again.

Spacious and clean
This property is a short drive from zion National park and was extremely clean and spacious for my group. Most of the trees were done bearing fruit for the season except for the persimmon, which were delicious. Definitely recommend this stay :

Absolutely loved it!
The property &view are absolutely beautiful! The home is super clean &well equiped -my husband &I were pretty impressed with the kitchen. Only a few minutes from Zion &a few hours to other great parks/monuments. The town is really cute, there’s a great coffee shop down the street (River Rock Roasting) &some good antique shops.

Amazing house in a great location
Kaela’s place is amazing. Exactly as pictured and a short drive to Zion. Check in was easy and Kaela was extremely responsive. The place itself was impeccably clean and well appointed. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking at Zion. We will definitely be staying again!
