THE BED!! SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!I GOT ABOUT 12 HOURS KIP ON THIS BAD BOY! ASKED THE OWNER IF SHE COULD SHIP IT OUT TO ME AND I WOULD PAY WHATEVER PRICE SHE WANTS

A/C plus fan. Comfortable bed. Large windows. Communal fridge. Cleanliness. Friendly, helpful family owners. Wifi. Having a small desk.
Mosquitos that would come into the bathroom via openings, then migrate to the bedroom. Bathroom screens would easily solve this problem.

Great location, clean and air conditioned. The Christmas trees were a wonderful touch and the host was very friendly and gave great recommendations!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Fort Kochi. The hosting family is very friendly and starts to take care of you even before your arrival. I was contacted when I was still in my home-country and thanks to them I was able to arrange my transfer from the airport at a nominal fare. I was also given lots of information about the attractions in Kochi, especially about the 2022/23 Biennale and X'mas festivities. I was also provided with information about good restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is also a common kitchen with a microwave, electric cooker, kettle and fridge, where one can quickly fix something. The location is quiet and within walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) to all attractions in Fort Kochi. Walking to Mattanchery takes about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this property and would definitely book again for my next visit of Kochi.

We really enjoyed our stay at this exceptional homestay.
The room was great, large, spotlessly clean and fresh. Mini, the host was wonderful and gave us loads of tips of places to visit and eat in Cochin.
The local neighbourhood is great and the people are friendly, you are also just a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the Chinese fishing nets and Princess St.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cochin.

Very nice all round. Cochi has its great moments & not so great moments, but the location (though hard to find for our driver) was in a lovely residential area. Most places in Fort Kochi was a tuk tuk ride away.
The art cafes were fabulous.
Nothing to do with the property; the streets were difficult to navigate, & hard to stay safe. I know this is how lots of places in India are, but still. To be fair it looked like lots of work was going on to improve that situation.
Oh, & it's not easy to get a drink in the area.

Our vacation in Kochi was pretty good in this home!
The owner is like a mother, she is very friendly, outgoing and helpful!
Her home and rooms for guests are very very comfortable, clean and cozy.
Sharing kitchen was clean and comfortable for cooking.
Wi-Fi is fast, it' was important for us!

Lovely homestay! Nice and big room, very beautiful home. Probably the cleanest place we have been in India! Very cheerful and helpful owner. The location is convenient, in walking distance of the sights!

The owners were friendly and helpful. They let us leave our heavy bags there for a while. Also recommended some good restaurants. It was very clean.
The only very slight issue was finding the correct house - it would be very helpful to have a small sign on the gate. We nearly walked in on an old man in pyjamas opposite!

Very clean and comfortable, short walking distance from all points of interest in Fort Kochi. Our host Mini was very helpful with local tips. The kitchenette with fridge and dining area is also an added plus.
It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast at the homestay.

Very good value for money. Excellent bathroom with great shower with hot water. Full kitchen available in common area. Proper AC. Very clean room. Nice host.

Great place, host was kind and allowed us to stay longer as our friend was sick without any hassle. Right balance between great hospitality and space for you to relax and enjoy your time. The whole place is very clean and gorgeous. Walking distance to places in Fort Kochi. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kochi.

Very clean homestay in close proximity to the main touristic area of Fort Kochi with shops and different cafes yet very quiet and relaxing. Worth to mention that we liked to interact with the cute dog that leaves at the property.
Great value for money. Breakfast isn't included, but there is a small kitchen area with necessary amenities if you'd want to cook for yourself or simply drink tea or eat friuts in the evening.
Owners are very kind and hospitable.

It was a nice stay, in a clean place, with everthing needed. Hots were very responsive, and helped us in the extra bits we asked for (contact laundry man, weigh our luggage, etc).
Dog next door was a bit noisy, oh well...

Liked the ambience of the place, the host is very helpful and friendly.
Only negative I'll say is lack of private car parking, but we can park on the road nearby, most people do this there anyways. So not a big issue.

Our host was super kind, and even had a great recommendation for a local tailor when we needed it, as well as recommendations for places to go. The room and building were super super clean and modern, and nicely spacious. It was in a residential area but within walking distance or short tuktuk ride to restaurants. There is a fridge for guests to use which was handy, as well as a shared kitchenette for coffee, tea, etc.
The beds were very firm, which is pretty common here but may surprise foreign guests.
