¡Guauu! Esta espaciosa casa adosada 4BR / 4BA ofrece fantásticas vistas a las montañas en capas desde la sala de estar, el comedor, la terraza y el dormitorio principal. B Rock Ridge ofrece finos acabados y fue profesionalmente decorado y amueblado en otoño de 2016 para el mercado de alquiler. El piso principal ofrece la espaciosa cocina gourmet bien equipada, comedor, sala de estar, suite principal y segundo dormitorio y baño completo en el nivel principal. Arriba encontrarás un tercer dormitorio / baño en suite. En la planta baja ofrece área de TV / sala de estar, cuarto dormitorio y baño y área de lavandería. La gran cubierta envolvente tiene mucho espacio para relajarse o entretenerse y un espacio cubierto para cenar al aire libre.

The property was nice and similar to other VRBO reservations we have made. The view is semi-obstructed by some tall trees, something you cannot see in the pictures. We had difficulty managing the heating and cooling system, it was either boiling hot or cold. There was no support in the on property manual. The location is kind of remote so plan on most meals on property.
Overall we had a good stay.

We had an amazing time at this lovely townhome! The accommodations were perfect for our family- 3 couples, a teenager & a 2 year old.
The views from the living room window were amazing! We also enjoyed the hot tub each night.
The shower water pressure was wonderful (something my husband is always happy about) and we never ran out of hot water! The beds were SO comfortable!
We enjoyed the heated pool at the lodge not far from our place, which also had a jacuzzi!
We will definitely be recommending this townhome to our friends!
Oh… I didn’t mention all the FUN we had on the slopes at Sugar Mountain!! Woo Hoo! So many good memories were made!

Gorgeous view of sunrise every morning off the deck! Has all the amenities you need for a great time! Brought family up for my son’s graduation. Definitely will be back!

The home was nice. Adequately furnished. Door code for access wouldn’t work so bad to call support. They were quick with response and a back up code but be aware of that because they noted signal to get codes to the door didn’t always go through. Same issue with wifi. Basement had a musty smell which wasn’t great. But overall a nice peppery.

Great home for a big family. Every room bes and bathroom very comfortable. Found things to do in the area easy. The only down side and not. To complain. We had 12 people and only 6 coffee cups 8 dishes . Needed more glasses to drink from. All in all it was a fantastic vacation.

Had a great stay in Boone NC at our house in the Echota community!
Home was wonderful and the view was excellent. Just off the beaten path but we’ll within close travel to a lot. Would recommend staying here and will hopefully be back ourselves! Blue Ridge Rentals is also fantastic! Our first experience with them - they are a top notch outfit that provides excellent, clear and timely communication. Hope we can rent with them again.

The house was great! Perfect size for 3 couples and one single. We are best friends and have found a new tradition. The views are great!! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. There were adequate towels and extra blankets. We hope to stay at this property again next year!

The property and host were amazing! The only knock is that the trash bin is down the street but really not that big of a deal. The neighborhood is beautiful, you’ll catch some deer walking around everyday. You’ll def need an all wheel drive vehicle if it snows (I was lucky this time around because it didn’t snow and didn’t have an AWD vehicle). I will return when I get the chance…we didn’t want to leave.

Summary of our stay
All was very well organized & lots of towels & blankets, which was wonderful. The upper master bedroom could use some blinds/shades on the skylights. Could use some Tupperware & more than one cutting board, in the kitchen. Otherwise, wonderful house!

Easter weekend
We had a great family trip celebrating Easter in this home. We did a guided fly fishing tour, hiked and listened to live music at grandfather mountain winery. It was a beautiful weekend with a great view!

Beautiful, spacious and Clean
We stayed at this cabin on spring break. And it was 1 of the most beautiful experience. Loved everything about it. Rooms were spacious, really well maintained property, clean, kitchen has nice and clean utensils and had all size pots and pans. Including extra big ones to make food for big group.
More than enough towels and linens for our entire stay for 4 days.
The only thing we thought would have made it easier for us to figure out was where the dumpster is. On the information folder it told us to leave out garbage in dumpster. But there was no info about where the dumpster is located. And when we did figured out it was far from our cabin and we had to drive and drop our garbage.
But this was just a small problem. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would dafinately suggest my friends and family to stay there and we would dafinately book thos cabin again when we go next.

This house is hotel quality. The pillows, the beds, the view! We had such a great time. Our toddlers loved it too. It was easy to coral them into different sections of the house. Super clean! Easy manual with clear directions on how to maintain the property. We will be back. Thank y’all!

Perfect getaway
Beautiful home with stunning views conveniently located next to the community pool and clubhouse. We enjoyed luxury accommodations and even received the sweetest welcome/thank you gift (delicious fudge). The convenience of the keyless door lock was also a plus. I highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed our stay at B Rock. Everything was beyond our expectations. The only complaint if any was ti have to search for a place to put the trash before we left. Could use better instruction on that. Would stay there again.

A Nice Home in Foscoe (btwn Boone & Banner Elk)
The house is really nice with great views, comfortable (soft) beds, and was pretty clean. The view from the living room is amazing and there is plenty of space for a large gathering. The hot tub is great, and was one of our favorite features. The home is close to the complex's outdoor pool and gym facilities. There are plenty of bath towels and towels for the pools as well.
Some feedback for the owners/landlord:
-Providing more than 1 kitchen towel and 2 washrags would be appreciated.
-Another full set of silverware would be helpful. It appears previous renters have purchased plastic ware to fill the gap.
-The windows on the first floor front bedroom (facing west) don't close all the way/have gaps at the joins so this room was too cold to sleep in.
-The home needs a good dusting, including but not limited to, all the slatted blinds. The home is due for a spring cleaning.
- The indoor pool is nice for kids and families but it's only 4 feet deep so not great for lap swimming.
-The bins you're expected to put your garbage in aren't easy to find. A description from management on where to take things would be helpful.

Great Group Getaway
Great communication throughout the whole process. The place looks exactly like the photos. Lots of space for a couple of families and very clean. You are definitely in the mountains and all the views from the decks are really nice. The one confusing thing was where the trash bins are located. To the best of my knowledge the trash bags had to be driven down the road to the other Echota property by the indoor pool. Not complaining just wanted to give other guests a heads up so they know where they can take it.
