This is a beautiful condo on the lake with a spectacular view. We had a great time visiting Sandpoint for the first time and the condo was one of the highlights. It is convenient and walkable to the town and park. We would highly recommend this property when visiting Sandpoint.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful well appointed condo. Views are superb and the condo is well laid out and spaciious. The kitchen has everything you need: ample dinnerware bareware, wine glasses, every sort of pan-you could even bake a cake if you wanted to. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. The deck is great with nice furniture to enjoy views. Bathrooms are modern with lots of towels etc. Totally would want to come back again. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Our condo was beautiful, wonderful view of the lake, fully equipped kitchen intact everything you could need. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable and there were more than enough towels. Thanks to owners for making your home so welcoming.

We were able to build lasting memories during our week stay. The pool was perfect. It wasn’t crowded so the kids really enjoyed their time. We had a great time and the condo was exactly what we hoped for!

This please was super nice and we got lucky because there wasn't many people there when we went on memorial day weekend. We had the whole pool and hot tub to ourselves. We will be going back for sure. The room had almost everything for cooking but no condiments. Store not too far

This condo is fantastic. When choosing this rental, there were several options of this floorplan to chose from, but this had the best layout. We used the barstools at the kitchen counter the most, besides the patio. The sectional was SOOO comfy!! And loved that 2 of the bedrooms had TV's. I would add a ceiling fan on the patio and a heater in the master bath. The assigned parking in the garage was nice too. We used the pool and hot tub every night. Went on a few walks down the Bay Trail as well. My son brought in-line skates and had a blast! I loved how modern and clean this condo was. Absolutely perfect for us.

Home was super clean, decorated beautifully with lots of seating and the beds were super cozy. Loved the patio area. Plenty to of dish ware, cooking supplies and great selection of small appliances. Short walking distance to the Sandpoint City Park and Main Street. Too bad we only had 2 nights, next time will plan for longer! Wonderful time!

Lovely place, fantastic view
Check in was easy peasy. Given all the information and a small tour of where amenities were. Condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Slept 6 adults comfortably. And the view was just so beautiful.

Family ski vacation
Beautiful views, walk to town, close to skiing, condo was very clean, comfortable and updated. Staff was very accommodating. Complaints from downstairs neighbor like in other reviews. We were not loud but you can absolutely hear people above you. Would have to tip toe to not be heard. A few minor glitches. Difficult to regulate heat and fireplace, no garbage bags, etc. but overall great place to stay

The couch is comfy and the balcony furniture is amazing (just don't bring a blue light). BBQ right down stairs, no train noise, just an overall great place. We had to call twice in one week to get toilet paper and trash bags which was really puzzling that they wouldn't have a supply in the closet.The people right bellow you will call security on you because you had the audacity to walk and not hover above ground. It's actually really funny, they will leave notes on your door at night and yell at you from their balcony. We had 2 seniors, 4 adults and 1 eight year old. We all went to bed by 9PM after dinner and drinks. Our party days are over but it didn't keep them from complaining. I might rent this place again just to have fun with the downstairs crazies. Be nice to the staff there, they will be on your side. This place is overall 5 stars and you will love it.

Great place, clean, extremely well equipped, beautiful views, convenient to downtown.
Only issue was we had 4 small children with us and got numerous complaints from the people downstairs. Not much we could do to keep them quiet enough.

The outdoor balcony furniture was lovely and comfy — morning tea out there was heaven. Can’t say enough great things about this specific unit. Lots of thought went into furnishing the kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces. The lake view was incredible. The staff at check in were delightful, giving us a short tour of The Retreat and describing the amenities. The smoke detector in the one bedroom we didn’t use began to intermittently chirp, but one call to the front desk had that situation fixed. First class operation all the way!

Seasons at Sandpoint
This was a wonderful condo on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. A very manicured facility with full amenities (pool, gym spa, BBQ areas etc). The condo exceeded our expectations and is well represented in the photos. Great gathering areas in the condo and on the balcony to enjoy the lake and Mountain View’s. The only suggestion for the owners is that the carpet along the hallway in front of the kitchen area needs to be cleaned. There are numerous large stains that distract from the beauty of the furnishings and decor throughout the cond. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Sandpoint visiting family!

The Season is perfect for a family vacation or an adult get away. The town is within walking distance and is filled with one of a kind shops, restaurants and friendly people. This is my third summer trip and I have always been pleasantly surprised that there are no hiccups. Each condo is unique unto itself and the staff is amazing. The kids love the pool and the beach and as an added bonus scheduling a ride on Captain Dan pirate ship. I love the views from each condo and the peace you get when sitting out on lanai.

Very nice unit.
The property was very nice. Everything seemed new. Very comfortable and easy access to town. The only thing missing was cable TV. There was a wonderful smart tv with internet and Netflix, amazon prime and others but no live tv. We were interested in the Seahawks game. Not a big deal and we would rent again even knowing this

Lovely condo overlooking Lake Ponderay.
Seasons is a great facility. Slightly off the main drag so quiet and secure, yet only a short walk to great food and breweries. Next to the railroad but I never heard a thing from inside the condo. Very nice pool and hot tub, super friendly service. The condo is very nicely decorated with a huge comfy couch and well equipped kitchen. Only thing we didn't expect was that the bunk beds are double beds so that's how it qualifies as "sleeps 8". We made it work but we didn't expect that.

Our family gathering at #7203 was great. The unit had a nice ambience, was very clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the lake. I liked that it was not overly decorated, a definite plus when you have a couple of children as part of the group.
The kitchen was well-equipped, an important feature for us as we cooked and ate most of our meals in the condo.
The location of course is ideal and having use of the outdoor pool in the winter added a lot of fun!
