Remarkable property! The condo was comfortable and made great use of the square footage. Everything was clean and the amenities were perfect. Only comment was the unit was a bit stuffy and the fan provided wasn't adequate to our liking. The view was awesome and made the condo feel larger than it was. Once we figured out the app for access to the elevator, parking and unit things were a breeze. We utilized the parking garage which was a perk. We walked everywhere and never had to mess with the car until time to drive back to the airport. So many options for food and cute shops to explore. Hiking and biking trails galore. The gondola was a great way to see the area. We had a great stay in Breck!

Perfect location for all downtown activities and easy access to roads to go on hikes outside of Breckenridge. We loved the unit and all of the amenities.

If you are seeing this listing, then you have seen the pictures of the view. I’m here to tell you the view is even better in person. I would wake up every morning before sunrise just so I could enjoy my coffee while watching the sun shine on the mountains. Then the location: you are pretty much on Main Street, so all shopping and restaurants are right there. If you are there to ski, the lift is also right there. As for the room itself, it is all you need. Stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals. We cooked several times during our stay. Very clean and organized. The building is also superb. Hot tubs were amazing after a day of skiing or even just a day of relaxing. Everyone we met there was friendly. The game room by the hot tubs was a fun hangout for kids and adults alike. If we make it back to Breckenridge, we will definitely try to get this studio again.

Super cute and cozy studio. The views of the mountains are amazing and the unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you might need. It’s a really convenient location close to everything - just a short walk to downtown and to the Quicksilver Lift. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed. Amazing view!!! Within walking distance of the lift and rental shops. Check in and out process was easy. Great place to stay if you are skiing at Breck. I will say it’s a little small for 4 people but it worked. We would stay again.

This 7th floor studio unit was perfect for the two of us and WOW the views were amazing!! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. It was also a bonus to have a closet in the hall to store our skis and boots! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The studio was immaculate, nicely furnished, and larger than we had anticipated. The view was outstanding with geese flying by the window every evening. It was an easy walk to get to restaurants and anything else we wanted to do in town. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out was simple and convenient. We hope to return again soon!

We loved the condo and especially loved the view of the ski mountain from our window. We also loved being at Peak 9 as it had the perfect runs for beginner/intermediate skiers.

The three of us enjoyed the amazing view and walking distance to almost everywhere this studio offers. It is perfect for couples or smaller-sized families. The room is well equipped to meet basic needs. The check-in/out process is easy and thoughtful. Overall very pleasant stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peak 9 Inn. The room was exactly as pictured, the view was phenomenal and it is in a PRIMEEE location. It was so nice to be able to just walk back to the room right off of the mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub as well - it was clean and they provided towels. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and quickly responded with any issues we may have had. We wish we could have stayed longer!

My best friend was visiting from FL and I wanted her to get a sense of the “mountain vibe” we found this cute gem and couldn’t have been more happy! For a studio it was very spacious and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable. Can’t beat the views, seriously! As a snowboarder this place in the winter must be epic! 10/10 recommend. The host is very prompt with communication and extremely helpful!

Perfect Condo and Location
This was a remote work/vacation trip. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. It is a studio condo and furnished very nicely and great view looking out at snow cap mountains while laying in bed or working from dining area. For the remote worker the internet speed was excellent. If you want to watch tv the channel selections were very good. The short walk from condo to Main Street made the stay even better. We would and will stay here again!

Book this place! Everything about it is stellar. The view - the best in Breck, you can see all 5 peaks. The location - right at Quicksilver lift and just a short walk to restaurants, grocery, spa, anything you need. The condo - comfortable and clean, loved having the kitchen, and the perfect space for a couple. The property management - just awesome. Were very helpful and communicative with any and all my questions and needs. You will not be disappointed! I'll be looking to book this place every time I go back.

Condo on the slopes with amazing view
This is a great property right on the slopes -- close to the action. The view is even better in person. This was a five star experience for us. Here are some notes on the rental.
- the WiFi is excellent. we clocked it at 380 Mbps down on a busy Friday night. we also got 5G on our phones with full bars from the condo. More than enough for several people streaming. The network was so good we're considering working from here for a few days next season.
- the bathroom has two separate locking rooms for the toilet and the shower. despite it being a small space, this separation made the bathroom feel much larger. my partner and i had a friend visit for a couple of nights and it didn't feel crowded.
- while laying in bed, you can see in the distance the lights from the snow grooming machines crossing the slopes at night. very cool!
- pick up for the room key was a smooth operation with excellent communication from the owner. key pick up was conveniently located in the same building as the condo. (i've had times at previous rentals where i've had to travel to a separate housing office to get keys).
- if you look directly down out the windows, you can see the hot tubs and pool. we could check every hour or so to see when they weren't busy to pick the right time to go. the hot tubs have been rebuilt since i visited two years ago. they're now bigger so it's easier for several groups to share a tub and keep to themselves.
- well-chosen furniture with lots of drawers and hanging options and folding cots for our luggage. we tend to overpack but we still had plenty of storage for a 6 night stay. the ski locker next door was a nice perk, too.

We enjoyed a week within this unit for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time. You CAN’T beat the location and view. The only recommendation I’d have is to upgrade the pillows.

This little studio unit has great views!! Perfect for a couple or just for one! The decor is updated and has a very mountain-cozy theme. Coffee maker might be my favorite part! There were a couple of items not working properly (toilet paper holder broken, light fixture not working) but the owner warned me of those things in advance. The storage unit in the hall is so convenient! You’ll feel overwhelmed when you check in at the massive lockbox station but don’t give up. . you’ll eventually find the right one!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy studio condo tremendously!! It is well stocked, comfortable and has a fabulous view of mountain. Considering it's a studio, it has spacious bathroom with separate areas for showering, toilet and sinks/mirrors. Being steps away from main street, we had many great restaurants/shopping options. And, if you're there to ski, the mountain and ski shops are very close as well. Management was quick to respond to all inquiries. We would stay here again without hesitation!!

Cozy spot, great view!
My husband and I booked this for a mini-honeymoon getaway and it was perfect. We made breakfast in the morning, carried our skis out to Quicksilver lift so we were the first ones up the mountain, and were able to ski right back down to the building entrance. There's a small closet outside the the room that you can place skis, boots, etc in that was a great bonus as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic views and great location
This property was great for us on our summer trip to Breckenridge. Close drive for many nearby things to do and definitely within walking range of all the shops and restaurants.
