The house was amazing and our stay couldn't have been better!! EVERYONE had a wonderful time! The THREE washer/dryers were a game changer with a big group! The kids especially loved the pool and adults really loved the outdoor fireplace/ living area. We will definitely be back!!

The house is perfect for a large group with its well-stocked kitchen, multiple sitting areas, microwaves, beverage coolers, and washers and dryers. There are 7 bathrooms but not every bedroom has a bathroom. The outside refrigerator was not working and we had an A/C problem that was resolved in a timely manner. We checked in after the office closed and were unable to get anyone to answer the phone to ask questions about the internet and Sonos speakers. Someone in our group was able to get us connected and we were able to use them for the entire trip. The beach access is within walking distance directly across 30A. It is not easy to haul beach wagons because there are at least 50 steps on the walkway. Beach service is provided on the beach so an easier option than bringing your own. The house is close to Seaside and Watercolor so the bikes provided were the easiest way to go to these communities due to the traffic on 30A. We rented a golf cart for those in our group who could not ride bikes and we able to park it in the garage. Plenty of parking; we had seven vehicles. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

The house was amazing, location couldn't have been better! We had a full house but it never seemed that way. Kids were swimming, dads could watch sports and the moms could relax in the outdoor patio when we weren't down at the beach. Such a central location to all the sights of Seaside and Rosemary. Definitely planning our next trip already!!

Great location, spacious house, elevator was very important for my wife with knee trouble. Only 2 bikes were available to use as other bikes were flat with no way to air them up. 2nd floor refrigerator needs to be defrosted.

Best Fall Break
The house was amazing, location couldn't have been better! We had a full house but it never seemed that way. Overall, we had a great stay. This is a beautiful home in a great location. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of wear and tear for a new home. Furniture was in poor condition and many small items not working. Property managers were very responsive to issues, but for the price point everything should be in working order.

Sea4Ever was a fantastic home to celebrate such a special birthday with my daughter and my closest friends. There was plenty of space for all of us and the home was very luxurious and well designed. The beds were so comfortable. The view on the fourth floor was incredible. The amenities like the pool, location, wifi, kitchen necessities and even the elevator were exactly why I chose this house.
Everything was so close. The bikes that came with the house were in great condition (rentals that I added not so great). The 2 person chair set-up on the beach was nice to have too.
Again, very well decorated. Wonderful air conditioning. Plenty of storage space in kitchen.
All in all, I loved this place so much. It was perfect for all of us. Even the separate office/workspace was greatly appreciated by a couple of my friends.
I would love to have stayed forever at Sea4Ever. I'd love to stay here again and would definitely recommend this house for a big group or a couple of families.
There were a few house repairs that should be made at some point (broken lamps in the bunk room, two cracked window panes and a couple of the shades were hard to work) but was not a big concern of mine. The alarm that goes off when you open the back doors to go to the pool is annoying but required.

We had a great time. A couple of concerns...lights on wall in two kids bedrooms had wires showing...we have readers and that was unfortunate. We used none of those wall lights out of safety concerns. In addition we found several huge roaches...I know they’re common but treatment is necessary. Why are there not coverings for outdoor furniture??? They were mold covered. Appreciate the high end appliances and loved the pool area.

We had 12 people (usually 14) and this home was perfect. We all had plenty of space. Beautiful home. Lots of space with a great location(across the street from the beach and beach access). Overall, we really enjoyed the house. We did have some issues but the property management company was receptive.
Our Challenges:
It was a bit of a challenge to figure out the controls for the TVs(one TV box was not working and could not be fixed before leaving/cable company need to service). It would be great if instructions were left out by the TV. The service guys with the property management company helped us out.
3rd floor was susceptible to the palemetto insect which freaked us out a bit but they sprayed the very next day which seemed to alleviate the problem.
2nd floor shower sprayer if turned a certain way can leak through to the first floor. The water started to run through the recessed light on the first floor. The management company came right away and told us to make sure not to point the shower sprayer a certain way to prevent the leak.

What a great trip in an amazing home. The house is in the perfect location- easy ride to Seaside and great access to the beach. The house is breathtaking and perfect! Royal destinations made everything easy, no issues with the rentals as other guests stated. We did a bonfire on the beach which was amazing. We would stay here again.

The Sea4ever house was really great. Very new and clean and in a perfect location. The beach gear rental company recommended by Royal Destinations is less than stellar. They did not deliver multiple sets of chairs one day. I offered for them to deliver extra setups for the remainder of our stay or to simply refund the rental money for that day. They did not provide more chairs and they have not refunded my prepaid rental fees. I have spoken to multiple staff, left multiple phone messages and have sent multiple emails per their protocol and have yet (3 weeks later) to get even a response let alone a refund. I have asked Royal Destinations for assistance but they tell me that rental disputes are handled by the rental company. Fine, but please do not recommend this company to your clients. I would highly recommend anyone using Royal Destinations to seek out a different company for your beach rental gear. You will get better service and support anywhere else.
