Best thing about this place was the location. super close to all the supermarkets, laundry, massage places, salons and also the beach. The property owner, Bankie, was super duper helpful and would always go out of his way to ensure that me and my friends were comfortable and if we needed anything. he was super responsive to any help we wanted or needed anything and this was something me and my friends really appreciated. would def book this place again for any visits in the future

The place was a bit smaller than how we thought looked in the photos. good enough for two people but for three people was a bit small

Very close to Kata beach (2-3 min). The beach is nice so you dont need to discover other beaches on the island. Perfect for surfing mainly, not swimming. The rooms are spacious and the location is good. There are several restaurants and cafes at a walking distance.

accomodation was very clean and near by beach less than 1minute. We had nice view to the ocean and they cleaned our room every day

I loved! 🥰 The place is very beautiful. The plants, the birds, the view, everything is clean and aesthetically beautiful. You have to climb stairs, but that helps to exercise and after two days you can see the results, they also help you with your bags, so it's not a problem. It has stairs and a ramp, I have knee problems and I had no problems because I went up and down the ramp. It is located in a quiet area at night, so you arrive exhausted from the day and sleep like a baby, you can order food and they bring it to your room. I liked the food that I can order there more than that of other restaurants, the beach is very close, the yoga center is also next door and there are many shops and places to exchange money or ATMs nearby. Nearby there is a pharmacy store, candy store, replica stores, there are bars, restaurants, a massage place and a laundry. The customer service is the best, we loved it, they care that you feel good, we hired the taxi service with them and they always made us feel very good. Before our arrival, they were already aware of us and we communicated by messages. Nearby there are many resorts but none next to the beach and I prefer personalized attention than a resort where they cannot give you a quality service like here, the service was excellent, I take to my heart the kindness with which they treated us. I thought that my days in Phuket would be boring so I decided for the best area, kata, but I never thought that I would love this place so much and there are two very cute cats there to say hello. There is also an iguana that greeted us from the palm tree. The place is very central but calm.

I wanted to bring the black cat with me but it was not possible. I like all.😔 The beach: 😍You cross the street, walk to the left a bit, there is a small corridor and from there you arrive at the beach immediately, I went on excursions, so I didn't bathe on the beach but there are many activities, at the time of sunset, there were people bathing and playing. This is one of the best beaches in Phuket.😎

- perfect location but still quite in most of the time (tons of restaurants, massage saloons, minimarts, etc) - good wifi - good AC - friendly staff - beach is literally at your doorstep - comfortable bed - huge fridge with freezer rack

- occassionally loud music from nearby places and fireworks that is NOT the fault of the HOTEL - there could be a small kitchen table in the room

Absolutely adored our time at Kata. They had the most comfortable bed in all our hotel stays in Thailand. The owner and manager were extremely helpful and wonderful people to chat with.

It’s not a dislike, just a heads up that there are a lot of stairs so be prepared to get your luggage up to your room and back down again.

the owners made the trip great…the place itself is clean and comfortable. Our unit is at the top, but we don’t mind the uphill walk as the view from atop was worth it

Beautiful garden, we could see the sea from our room. Very close to the beach, 1 min walk.

The rooms are really spacious and not just clean, but "Monica clean"! We stayed in the topmost villa and the view from the room and the front balcony was just amazing. To get there you do have to climb up a steep hillock, but it's free exercise that is hard to complain about after all the sinful food indulgences on a vacation. Folks running it - Bankie and Jacky are amazing too! And of course "Mumu" the hardworking ;) resident cat is cherry on top if you are a cat person. Location within Kata is quite good, with beach just across the main road.

Nothing that we didn't like about the villas themselves. I would have enjoyed the Kata beach more if it were not such humoungously crowded - but that's probably just the fault of the peak season.

The hosts are just lovely! They were so friendly and offered a lot of help. We stayed in the highest villa, which was really nice, because it was nice and calm up there and you can see the beautiful sunset over Kata beach. The location is perfect - it's only a 2-minute walk to Kata beach and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are very simple, but you'll have everything you need.

The shower doesn't have a curtain or shower screen, which is why the bathroom is more or less under water after showering.
