Posizione eccezionale, pulizia ottima. Personale molto disponibile. Molto bello il roof all'ultimo piano con una vista sulla città.

Il locale al piano terra crea una cappa di fumo quando si rientra la sera, ma nelle stanze(almeno al 3° piano) non si sente

It's a great location to the "main square". It also had a delicious complimentary breakfast. They arranged a taxi pickup for us from the airport as well.

The room wasn't cold when we got there, but quickly cooled down after we turned the air on

Nothing

Where to start I was with my friend and the room was good. The noise was not noticeable (even when I read some reviews about it) and the place is nice. The staff is so reachable and nice. The whole place is amazing and you can access either the rooftop or the Bumker Disco without paying additional fees. They also can let you use the restrooms and you can leave your luggage more time after you leave the place. Oh, the place is key to getting to all the night life in Zagreb, it is close to almost every bar or disco in the city centre.

The only thing would be the smell of the soap in the showers but only that, it is something not so big, it was even not noticeable for me but just in case I wanted to tell it. Other than that, everything was great.

SO MUCH FUN! I couldn't believe it when I walked into the hotel and the entire reception area was a beer garden. The surprises kept coming when I walked into my room and was greeted with funky newspapered and shiny gold walls. The room was laid out well, with a comfortable bed and hot shower, and the storage was appreciated. Loved it!

The location was great, the staff was relativelly friendly.

The insulation of the room (smoke coming in from outside), loud noise from outside (loud music and sceaming noises heard from outside even at 5 am!). Small rooms, cold breakfast with limited amount of food. Very cold and kind of smelly bar in which the breakfast was served, the supposedly clean plates there were dirty, there was not a lot of food, the dinning tables were not cleaned in time, at one point, there was nowhere to sit. Very expensive rooms (179 € per day per small 2 person room) - not worth value for money.

Die zentrale Lage war das einzige in diesem Hotel aus positiv gewwesen ist.

Es wurde Disco gefeiert bis 4 Uhr morgens und 1 Tag vorher kam ein Mail das eine Disco im Gebäude stattfinden wird. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen. Die Fenster sind undicht und es zieht. Der Betonboden ist kalt. Der Eingang ins HOtel ist eine Bar/Lokal.

Sehr laut und sehr schmutziges Hotel. Man kann weder entspannen noch schlafen. Das schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens.

We like a lot the spacious rooms, hospitality, breakfast

Location is amazing, couldn't be better, tram passes in front of the hotel. 20 seconds walk to the Ban Josip monument! Amazing place for young people, the bar and the terrace of the hotel are one of the most popular, crowded places of Zagreb. I stayed alone in a room with double bunk bed. A group of 4 could easily enjoy the same room in a super cheap way.

Breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Imagine fridge-cold boiled eggs (cooked minimum 1 day before!) with dark green skin egg yolks... Terrible! Having only 1- 2 cheese types, everything about the breakfast was super poor, not fresh, dry and untasty... Stay in this hotel (due to location, popular bar etc) but never ever add breakfast to the package. There are great patisseries, cafes to have an amazing breakfast just 20 mt(!) away to make a great start to yr day.

Excellent location, good price, friendly staff available 24 hours, restaurant and rooftop bar are great, free access to basement club, ac and heating. Room was small but cozy and clean, no complaints.

Noise. Not as bad as others mention - I was on the 3rd floor and could hear mainly the bass from the 4th floor bar. And you can hear everything from people in the hallways. The hotel at least provides earplugs in the room. The other thing was smoking. Indoor smoking is permitted in Croatia so depending on how busy the restaurant is you will likely have to walk into a smoke-filled restaurant to get to the hotel elevator. You can kind of smell cigarettes in the hallway (mainly on busy nights) but the room didn’t smell at all.

Location was really central.. Very different..a bit quirky but helpful staff.

Unique design and vibe

Night club right above made it really noisy pass mid night. Good for party people but not so much if you are on business or prefer undisrupted stay

Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen tagsüber und abends , gute Straßenbahnanbindung

Ruhe im Zimmer zur Straße war durch den permanenten Straßenbahnverkehr kaum zu bekommen. Gerade nachts wird man regelmäßig geweckt . Ich konnte dann das Zimmer tauschen, allerdings hat man zum Innenhof sehr laut die Musik vom Club gehört.

The room had everything I needed. Bed was nice, bathroom rather small but functional. The "hotel bar" was very convenient. The staff friendly.

The noise, if you need silence this is not the place for you. The bars can be heard deep into the night. Beware.
