Two of my friends and myself took our annual girls trip and stayed at the property. It was perfect for our needs. We were able to relax, have some laughs and there was enough room for us to spread out if we so chose too. The house was convenient to town but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy nature.

We are a retired couple and stayed here with daughter and son in law. Everyone loved the place. The location is great, extremely clean and well stocked if needed. The beds are great as well as furnishings, which we don’t find in a lot of rentals. We have recently given it up but ranched , son in law still does so the decor of the home had just enough to make us feel right at home. Will definitely return. Thank you for maintaining such a welcome home to stay in

Overall was good, the area is nice and quiet and close to everything. however a couple issues, the BBQ grill was not usable as opened it up and just all rusted out. The shower drain in main level bedroom is almost clogged, you had to stand in several inches of water to shower, the shower issue could be easily missed but not the grill.

We loved the kitchen and all the useful appliances including spices and lots of other great stuff. The kiva fire place is so awesome. Can't forget the propane fire pit and grill on the patio. Definitely a great stay.

This is such a beautiful home, I wish I could live here! There are thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, you name it! The spacious kitchen has every kind of cooking and entertaining accessory you could ask for. The heated floors are luxurious after a long day in the cold. Even lots of games and entertainment right in the home. It's set in a very open, back road area off the main drag, with beautiful views of the skies and mountains from the multiple porches and balconies.
Would warn travelers the last mile or so of road leading up to the house is pretty rough, especially in snow. And beds on the firmer side of comfortable. None of this impacted our stay in a bad way though.
10/10 hope to stay again sometime!

We planned an impromptu vacation and decided to stay a few days in the Pagosa Springs area. The property was as described and more! We loved the location as it was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. An abundance of on the property as we saw turkeys and deer daily. The house was very clean and had everything we needed/wanted and a lot more. Communication was great and the check in/out was extremely easy. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to the area. We highly recommend this property to all. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The area was lovely. Lots of wildlife—our fawns and does—and bucks—and interesting birds and chipmunks and squirrels. Very relaxing and so very quiet. Just what we needed.

What a wonderful place to stay in! The house is lovely and spacious, sitting on a large lot. There were other houses close by but not so close that you see or hear others.It was a great place for our stay with friends.

Attention to detail was amazing. Light switches and cabinets are all labeled. Power strips were available everywhere so you had a plug for everything. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. We traveled with our two children: ages 6 and 9, and they were able to “claim” the upstairs of the house (2 bedrooms + TV watching area) while downstairs remained quiet and peaceful. If you like to walk/run, the roads around the house offer great scenery. It is an easy, quick drive into downtown Pagosa. Just as every other review for this house states, this is a really great house to stay in.

Exceptional property. Well organized. Nestled in Pagosa Springs but located on large acreage giving you a sense of peaceful isolation. This home has everything you could possibly want, indoors and out. The Vacasa Management group handles all your concerns very well. They deserve a rating above 5 stars!!

The house is located so conveniently to the town but still feels remote and peaceful. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife up close and sitting on the back porch and watching storms roll by. The house is clean, tidy and has just about every thing you could be looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent our Mardi Gras holiday in Pagosa and went skiing at Wolf Creek. It’s only about a 30-45 minute drive to Wolf Creek and we had all of the conveniences of town without all of the high prices of the big resort towns like Breckenridge. The house was perfect for our group and so spacious. They had lots of thoughtful and helpful items in the house too - games, puzzles, Roku TV for streaming after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Mardi Gras at Pagosa
We spent our Mardi Gras holiday in Pagosa and went skiing at Wolf Creek. It’s only about a 30-45 minute drive to Wolf Creek and we had all of the conveniences of town without all of the high prices of the big resort towns like Breckenridge. The house was perfect for our group and so spacious. They had lots of thoughtful and helpful items in the house too - games, puzzles, Roku TV for streaming after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Why 3 star on cleanliness
When we checked in it appeared as though the half bathroom on first floor had not been cleaned in a while, dead bugs were found throughout the house.

Beautiful home in gorgeous Pagosa
We stayed in this home for our annual girls trip. It is exactly as advertised, and really a dream house! The kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great—between old town and the newer part, everything was close. But you were far enough out to feel secluded. We saw wildlife and the stars were bright and amazing. The house had everything we needed except—randomly—cookie sheets and a colander. But it has a French press, coffee grinder, beach towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Some places like this aren’t well stocked but this was! Even nightlights on every room!
