The view and closeness of the ocean was perfect. We really didn't need to leave the house to enjoy the ocean. The backyard is a massive clean sandbox that the grandkids loved as much as the beach!

Pro's: LOCATION it has the best location for beach access and view!
Plenty of room for all the guests.
2 kitchens (3 ovens!)
Pool table, foos ball table, poker table, and some games.
Huge table for a big family dinner!
Cons: An insane amount of light switches, some didn't work, some weren't working that great and a few we either never figured out of it did work or which switch we needed ( the ceiling fan in living room is still a mystery)
The garage is off limits. It would have been nice to know because going with the amount of stuff we do, it's nice to be able to load and unload in a dry area.
Advertised gaming system either didn't work or there were no games.

I saved this house for my next years reservation. Our families have rented many vacation homes, and this one, by far, is the best. In fact, I don’t even like giving it a good review, in hopes people don’t find out about it!

It says oceanfront wonder in the description, and that’s not hyperbole. This is a fabulous home. I came with my wife and eight children aged 17-1, and we all loved it. We could have spent our entire vacation inside the home (well, and the beach) and been happy. And yes, they really mean direct beach access. Unobstructed view and direct access. It was great.

WE had a wonderful time. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. Personally, I loved the view, sunrises and sunsets. The weather was perfect and I know that is not always possible at the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. The availability via text was marvelous and quick responses to get my questions answered. We will definitely be back. Hopefully, in 2024!!!!

This was an amazing place. The location right on the beach and just a short walk to Rockaway businesses was great. The house was clean and ready for us. The foosball and pool tables were awesome for things to do in the evenings as a family after it was dark!

House worked great for our family birthday weekend. My four year old loved that the beach was just outside the door. Kitchen was well stocked. The guys loved playing pool. Beds were comfy. Location on beach is great.

Would stay here again! Only one minor issue- the pillows were a little lumpy. But that didn't prevent good sleep. Also loved that we didn't have to preclean for the cleaners!

Everything about this beautiful home was top notch. Exactly as it appears on the web site. Would love to go back in the future and stay longer. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay worry free. If you get the privilege to rent this home study the history of the owners and enjoy the relics around the home. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had 10 adults and 2 small children and plenty of space for everyone. The view is amazing! Short walk to the beach and the sand area right off the deck was great for the kids. Loved it!

I loved that the house has what my wife would want for her 62 bd birthday. She enjoyed all the decor and most importantly the artifacts and pictures of the Fiji Islands. Since she is Fijian and she felt like she was at home. Great home for her birthday gift. We loved everything about this home. Well furnished. Beautiful ocean front. Please thank the Wilson for making me feel like a princess. We will rent this house again next yr for special occasion. Bula and vinaka

Amazing place but with minor tweaks could be better.
Relaxing with beautiful view of ocean. We will be back for the spacious and beautiful accommodations. Beach access for someone with mobility issues not doable even though we verified that it would be before we came. Minor issues: Reported the microwave wasn’t working but it wasn’t fixed. Lower oven was out of order. Electronic remotes need batteries. No batteries found. Possible supplies for consideration kleenex, foil (we bought and left some)and plastic wrap. Would have liked to have open master bedroom window. Need to specify that access code is for front door not for any of the 4 boxes on the garage.

Great place, right on the beach!
My family spends Spring Break on the Oregon Coast every year. This house was voted our top favorite because of the upstairs game room, proximity to the beach and fun things to do nearby. I personally enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the kids play on the beach. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home!
We spent a few days at this home and we loved it. The view was amazing, the beach access was easy to navigate, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. We did have to go buy a toaster, as the one there was broken and had a sign on it that said “will replace soon”. The other disappointing thing was that even though it was listed as having Charter cable, there was no cable. We are a sports family and love watching them on tv, but we had to figure out how to stream them from someone’s phone. We would suggest removing cable from the list of amenities. We had the best time and we will most definitely book again!

A Little Piece of Heaven
Our family traveled from North Carolina, Ohio and Portland to celebrate a milestone birthday at the coast. The house is as advertised with spectacular views of the Ocean. We spent many hours playing Bocce in the sandy beach that we had mostly to ourselves. We saw a Bald Eagle and many other shore birds. We even had a treasure hunt with the kiddos. The kitchen was well equipped and we did choose to cook most of our meals at home. The game room was a great place for the one day that we had rain. The beds were comfortable and it was a great hub for exploring some of the surrounding areas. The hot water was not working properly, but it was a minor inconvenience because of the handymen that were at our beck and call. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and are grateful for the many memories we take back home with us

Everything about this house was amazing. Except for the Hot Water heater.. If it wasn’t for “JEFF” literally coming over EVERYDAY sometimes twice to get our hot water heater started again we would of been S.O.L. He definitely needs a raise, above and beyond. FYI you can’t use the garage so no parking inside. Would of been nice to know but no biggie. The house itself is great, fully stocked, beds are comfortable. There is even kid toys and a high chair. And the view to die for. The little sandy area right off the back deck for the kids is perfect. It’s about 30 feet from the porch to the beach.

The home was exactly as advertised: absolutely beautiful views with a completely private walkway to the beach. Very spacious, clean, and a fun time for all ages.
