Nuestro lujoso FRENTE AL MAR DIRECTO DE 2 camas / 2 baños es un hallazgo muy raro. Tiene acceso directo a la playa y la piscina desde el balcón. No es necesario arrastrar todo tu equipo de playa por los pasillos y el ascensor. Esto es lo más directo posible frente al mar. Esta no es una unidad de vista lateral, como muchas otras. Ormond doesn't have a lot of walkout three bedrooms directly on the ocean, and this one did not disappoint. Very clean, well equipped and super convenient to open the door and walk out to the beach. Close to restaurants and Publix. The owner was easy to contact and makes efforts to assure that al is well with your stay. Hope to visit again in the future!

The size, available beds, comfort level of the condo, space, access to the beach and available beach equipment was great! I loved the ability to walk out the balcony gate directly to the pool amd beach. There was plenty to offer each person in our group. The adults could easily keep an eye out for everyone if they were on the balcony as well. The only unfavorable part, was the grounds keeper/manager for the building (not the individual condo) was a grouch. We saw him constantly scold people for silly things. As soon as we arrived, we heard him yelling at the condo above us from the lawn, to remove the towels from their balcony rail because it wasnt allowed and they should know. Lots of little gripes through the weekend. But we overlooked him! Just beware of the troll 😆

Our trip was fantastic! We were joining our family who own a home next door. Four of my grandchildren and I stayed in this condo. Two were completing thier summer college finals at the condo online. It was an easy walk on the beach to join our family but this condo left us with enough room to not be overwhelmed. It also allowed those taking finals a quiet place away from the noisy family. We hope to visit again.

The property is more beautiful than the pictures can capture. The unit has three bedrooms that have plenty of space for 8 people to sleep. This is one of only two units in the building that has direct access to thr beach.
The host was also great to communicate with before and during the trip. We would 100% recommend this property and host.

The condo was just as described. Clean and direct ocean front. Chairs, umbrella, toys in storage unit in garage. There was a pack and play also so we didn’t need to bring ours. Secure building. Thanks . Would stay again

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed for our friends low key bachelorette party.
The property was amazing, had everything you could think you needed and if you didn’t have something, there are stores very conveniently located to quickly grab stuff. Eric was easy to communicate with. The pool was great and just steps from the beach. You won’t be disappointed booking this place.

It was charming, comfortable and easy to get around town! The best part was opening the sliding doors and seeing the sun sunrise and hearing the waves, we hated to leave !!

The venue was stellar, but the host, Eric Morrisette was a true godsend! After a pretty rough year, we wanted to gift my daughter and her (rather large) family with a vacation.
But of course, a 900 mile road trip with 6 kids ranging in age from 14-infant is an adventure in itself.
The host was so much more than patient and gracious, accommodating circumstances and allowing contingency plans. They had the best time! A true respite for the parents and a safe and comfortable place of recreation for all the kids. It would have been way different without this wonderful host. Next time, I’m looking for the host rather than a venue. He made it great!

The space is beautiful and we loved the ocean front view and convenience. The artwork is beautiful and the condo is very clean. It's very quiet. The fridge went out while we were there and Eric immediately had someone come out and worked on the problem. He was very responsive.we can't wait to stay again.

I booked a 2-night stay on a weekend to celebrate a few birthdays. Everything was perfect. The instructions we received were very detailed. The location was incredible. The ocean views were just what we were after. We were able to walk from the balcony down to the beach. The condo was clean. The furniture and decor were very inviting. It was completely stocked with dishes, cookware, and towels. I would absolutely (and definitely will) stay here again.

It little family of five had an amazing time at this beachfront condo. It was extremely clean and literally steps to the beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need including beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen items, a pack n play and puzzles and games. The space and layout was a perfect fit for our group and we could have had a few more join us. The owners were super quick to respond to the very few questions we had. We can’t wait to return!

This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay! Very clean, well appointed, and equiped with everything we needed for an anniversary trip for my parents. My parents being older, having the direct access to the pool and beach thru the gate, made it easy for them. The balcony is large with great views from both directions. Eric is a fantastic host and very responsive. He let us know a couple of minor issues before we arrived which weren't anything to worry about. He even brought us the opener for the underground parking when the one was accidentally taken by previous guests. We would stay here again & Highly Recommend it!!

We enjoyed staying here and plan to return. The beachfront access and view can’t be beat. We fixed several meals and found the unit to be well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed televisions in two of the bedrooms. First floor location and parking were very convenient. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Great location near Daytona Beach but away from the crowds.

Parking was easy, the property was clean and quiet and secure, we fit right in. Our neighbors on the opposite beachfront balcony were very nice and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay and more…just go about 1/2 mile to the Publix and get all the food you need. My daughter loved it, she could get up throw her bathing suit on and a hop, skip, jump and wave of a key fob and she was making a sand castle! There’s much more that’s included here such as beach accessories, outdoor heated pool and garage parking, if you choose…anyhow if you’re reading this and you don’t book…it’s on you! Your wife and children will be happy…and that’s all that matters 😁

I am over-the-moon happy with our stay at Eric's oceanfront condo! It is tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and CLEAN. Everything we'd hoped for...and more. Eric was a gracious host, and when we return to the area, his property will be our first choice. Well-worth what we spent to enjoy Florida at its finest!

Just as the pictures show, and very easy beach access. The building is also very well maintained and people were very friendly and helpful. Eric was amazing to deal with, super responsive to all questions. Super clean and well stocked. We would absolutely return.

Super nice property. Beach access is so easy, convenient. It is equipped with everything you would need. Cable TV (lots of channels not just basic ones), WIFI, board games, large kitchen, washer/dryer, a very nice balcony.
Eric was also great at communicating. Super friendly but professional. We would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay was nothing but positive from beginning to end! Eric communicated with us upon arrival and was available for any questions and check out. This condo is perfectly located facing the ocean and is creatively and tastefully decorated as well as extremely clean. The sunrise was breath-taking and the sunset from the 11th floor was just as beautiful. The only complaint we had was that our stay was too short!

Easy access to the heated pool and beach. Property manager was very friendly, replied in a timely fashion, and made sure everything was going well. It was like we had our very own private beach. Watched 2 rocket launches from the commons are on the 11th floor. We would go there again!

We had a wonderful time, but too short! Sunrise was beautiful to watch from our balcony. Very convenient location to the pool, beach, and shopping. Eric is the best and he was always available to answer our questions.

This ground floor location of this condo is very convenient. It is clean and well stocked for any occasion that may come up during your stay. The condo is in a nice location on the strip with Publix and many restaurants nearby. Eric was available anytime if needed. Overall it was a great stay.
