Staff/Owner is kind and helpful

Lot of things needs improvement... Kindly note the toilet is outside the room, and bathroom is inside. We had stayed at room 1 on the ground floor... The room was below average, there was no bedsheet on the beds, the pillows were was like pile of some cotton and foam.. The room door made very irritating noise on opening, there was no proper lock in the common toilet... Wifi signal was also not reachable in the room.

The room is clean and nice. The landlord is very nice and flexible in check-in time, even at 10pm. They will offer the invoice proactively.

It is a little cold, not too much heating, but it could be snow and energy restrictions.

Very nice quiet place , if you need piece of mid to relax this is the place.

Accomodation and the staff are very good , excellent customer service.

overall location- there ´s no ATM in the village, impossible to pay by card..carpet in the room was dingy..

The kindness of host that kept our bikes in safe place during the night and has offered water for free.

The bathroom, without window, was strongly smelling, then the room too. It has been necessary sleep with the window opened, but in the early on the morning some of the few cars running on the street woke up us.

The man who stayed up late looked after me and was patient when I didn't know German. He was super impressive! If you were more in need, he'd have helped you with your bags, made sure you santized your hands and were safe with a mask. I had a mask, but he's said, it's okay, it's free. I have some limited German but he was patient and kept it simple so I could understand. If I didn't know any, I may have needed to use a translator a bit more. It was late, I was tired, and when I misplaced my room key he use a little English, saying, "It's okay, slow down." My bits of German, his bits of English, we figured it out, LOL. He even gave me a broshure for a free hike nearby and pointed me in the right direction since I was honestly interested.

I don't even want to say this because the staff were so amazing. Shower head was a bit droopy, but I think only Americans care about that (I've paid a lot more for showers even more foreign and inconvenient). It was honestly the best shower experience I'd had outside of my own home in days. Most Germans, I think, along with other European countries don't care about that as they use the wand while we want it pointed at us to keep our hands free.
