This was a perfect property, everyone enjoyed the stay at this home. Great location, great host and clean house. We will definitely be back to this property!

Location, location, location! Condo is wonderful for family. Lots of separate bedrooms and baths. Kids loved the outdoor yard to play in. Condo needs a deep cleaning but nothing that was unlivable. We had architects, designers and electricians staying here so maybe our expectations are a little different. Host was very accommodating in providing additional parking. Great vacation!

Had a wonderful long weekend in this townhouse! The location was so convenient to the downtown area and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Will definitely look for this property for future Breck vacations.

Location, location location. So close to downtown, quicksilver, shuttle and Carter Park for sledding. We loved our stay and our host was very helpful. Part of our group arrived early and our host was able to let them into the unit a bit before normal check in. The hot tub was being serviced when we arrived which we loved as we knew it was cleaned and ready to use. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils which worked great for our large family group. If I had to be a little picky, there are 3 bathrooms but only one is not ensuite and there is not a bath on the main floor so if you have a a full house that might be a consideration. I would highly recommend this property and we would consider staying here again.

This house was great for our family of 10's ski trip to Breckenridge. Short walking distance to peak 9's lift and the ski rental place that was recommended (on the way to the lift)- which also offers free storage each night so we didn't have to carry our skis to and from the hill. Having 3 king beds was amazing too- everyone was comfortable. The cherry on top was waking up to seeing 2 moose RIGHT outside our front door. We all sat around the front windows and watched them for 30 minutes. Made the trip even more memorable! The hosts were so quick to get back to us and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. It all made for a great vacation!

Condo was great for a group of 8 adults. Short walk to lift or bus stops are at bottom of the road. Host was very quick with communication. Great Experience.

Hosted my brother and 9 of his friends in Breckenrdige. This condo was perfect size and location for this group. We really enjoyed the condo space and accommodations. It was fully stocked. Location was very convenient - just minutes walk from the main strip. Nice hiking very near to the condo. Would definitely consider coming back for either a summer or winter trip!

Location of property was great, easy walk to town. Townhouse was clean, had amenities such as towels, kitchen equipment, wifi, hot tub! Great place for family get together- Would love to come back!

Great place to call home in Breckenridge during our snow-cation! Nice big property that can hold a couple of families. Very convenient to town and even to Peak 9 lifts. Everybody in our group really liked the place and would definitely recommend for anybody looking to “roll deep”.

We loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. It was close enough to walk to Peak 9 ski lifts and Breck Sports Ski Rentals (10 minute walk) and continuing on into town. The enclosed garage for our car was ideal!!! The size of the condo is great for a large family gathering.

Me and my buddies used this place as our base for a few days of hiking. Condo is in a fantastic location for a 4-5 min walk to the south end of the Breck Main Street district. Property was pretty clean and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need (probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in the past few years of staying at VRBO properties). Everyone felt that their beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main floor, but we didn’t let it bother us. Three bedrooms are on the lower level, one bedroom with a set of bunk beds is on the main floor, and the upstairs loft area has a bed and it’s own bathroom. Showers worked great as we all were able to take warm showers without running out of hot water. Hot tub on the back patio was great after day of long hikes and was clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking at it.

We are locals from Colorado. Every year our family and close friends get together for a ski trip at one of the resorts in Colorado. This year we came up with 11 friends and family to Breck for 5 nights. We have done this many times so we know what we are doing at this point. The overall property was great, lots of rooms and beds for all. The kitchen was stocked with useful cookware and dining ware. There were plenty of sheets, pillows and towels for everyone. We were pleased that the hot tub guy came through mid way during our stay to check the water and chemicals. We had all the needed amenities. The one complaint we had was the overall cleanliness. We came into a dirty property, we were disappointed that we felt we had to clean before we could get comfortable. We addressed all of our concerns with the host and they removed our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. Very fast response from the host but people expect a VERY clean environment when we pay A LOT of money for 5 nights in your property.

The experience overall was Excellent from super easy check -in, communication with the owners was amazing! They really care about their renters! House is very comfortable and close to everything! Will be back soon! And I will rent the same one!! Winter and summer!

The owners of the property are amazing. They are quick to respond and answer questions you may have or issues that arise. The property comfortably sleeps 13 and 14 if you utilize the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with items you might need. The location is beautiful and easily accessible to Main Street. The hot tub on the deck is a great way to start the day or end it. We loved sitting outside on the deck enjoying meals and family time together. Parking is tricky but manageable. There are lots of family games, televisions with Netflix, hulu, prime, etc for down time. The only negative was the cleanliness of the property. The floors weren't swept out mopped, it needed vacuuming, the counters had remnants of previous guest meals, the oven filled the room with smoke from previous guests baking and the rugs in 2 of the bathrooms had very noticeable dirt. We had to sweep the deck off, it was filled with debris from trees. The owners were quick to respond to the cleanness issues and did a refresh clean. We appreciated that very much. I think with a bit more attention to detail this can be an exceptional place to stay.

Warriors mark checked all the boxes for my family and I. It was the perfect size, location and had great amenities for our girls trip getaway! My only very minor critique was how dusty the condo was. However, we assumed it had been sitting empty for a few months due to COVID-19 restrictions so this was no big deal to us. The property owner was very gracious and timely answering all of our questions and we would most certainly look to stay again if traveling to Breckinridge. Highly recommend to everyone!
