Buona colazione nella cucina comune dell'alloggio. Posizione buona, un po' fuori dal centro ma ottimamente servita dai bus. Perché una volta trovato il parcheggio per l'auto è consigliabile non spostarla.

L'accesso è tramite una scala esterna lunga e ripida. La nostra stanza con bagno era pulita ma un po' buia, l'attrezzatura piuttosto di base.

Molto silenzioso; personale molto gentile (per esigenze mie non ho incontrato Virginia di persona, fatto tutto via WhatsApp); autobus 11 e 22 fermano direttamente davanti alla casa e portano direttamente in centro città, fino a oltre mezzanotte

We came to this hotel from Kazakhstan, a married couple with two children, we really liked the hotel, there is a bus stop right in the courtyard. Our room had a private bathroom, the bathroom is well equipped with a bidet, hair dryer and a real bathtub. The hostess is very kind, beautiful, hospitable. The room and bed was clean and odorless. The place is very convenient to get to the center, there are two buses number 11 and 22, in 10 minutes you are already in the city center For good service to the hostess, we gave her a chocolate brand of Kazakhstan named "KAZAHSTAN"

It was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful, especially in making sure we had a safe place for our bikes, and there was a well stocked kitchen for breakfast.

Our room had a private bathroom but it was down the hall, not ensuite. Other than that, it was fine.

Awesome place, very close to the bus stop. The atmosphere inside the room is absolutely homely. The owner is exceptionally cooperative. I highly recommend this place for a short and long-term stay.

Good bus connections. Modern and clean. Good value for money. Room and bathroom good size, bathroom well equipped with bidet, hair dryer and - an actual bath!

Breakfast very basic, no fresh bread, cheese or meats. WiFi not reliable. Room was in basement, no natural light.

The host is kind and flexible.

The place is not too sunny, the room is on a lower floor of the building. Humidity is high, the air conditioning is at a separate fee, 2 EUR per night.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean

Room smelled bad (pee or/and disinfection spray). Breakfast was very basic, no cheese, ham, butter or cereal. The first day at least Cappuccino, but the next day nothing. We waited 30 mins for the check-in, since nobody was there, although we communicated our arrival time before. Air conditioning is extra charge
