The view and location and the fact that it was pretty quiet. We liked all of that.

Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, even for my kids. Dirty silverware was IN the silverware drawer when we arrived. I handwashed all of it before we used it. This is pretty unacceptable to me in the time of COVID-that things we are going to put into our mouths are visibly dirty. That made me feel it was necessary to Clorox wipe the whole place so I became the cleaning person even though I was charged a cleaning fee. I feel like that should be refunded to me. Then when we went to bed and 2 of the 3 pillowcases on the bed in the bedroom had several long black hairs all over both sides of them. This is so disgusting to me. I again sat and wiped down each pillowcase with Clorox wipes and picked all of the hairs off before showering and then sleep. Again, I would reiterate that I did most of the cleaning and therefore, request a refund of the cleaning fee because whoever did it before we arrived did not do their job.
