Everything was good, but the high mountains and sunsets seen there made for the best moments. It is no exaggeration to say that it is the American Alps.

The location is a great home base to adventure from weather by foot or car. Awesome hiking trails right out your door (including some challenging hikes). Easy access to the Blue River and Ten Mile Creek for fly fishing.
The condo is a bit run down compared to other ones nearby and the kitchen could use a bit more silverware. We called the bed in the main bedroom a charcuterie board as it was rock hard. Regardless, the stay was pleasant.

Property as advertised. Long trek of 5 minutes from main road, fairly steep, may require AWD in heavier snow. Hot Tub required a drive I believe but we did not locate it after trying 2 buildings, our fault. Stove top did not work at first try, needed to re-insert elements into sockets, probably removed to clean by cleaning personnel.

Spacious. Beautiful scenery. Comfy beds. Everything we needed! 4 stars because the clubhouse and pool were locked even with code and when we finally got in, it was old outdated and freezing!

Great views. No hot water though for three days.

There are a lot of pros to this cute condo, but the cons are a big deal in deciding to book this place that I want to mention below to future guests.
First, a few pros. You CANNOT beat the view and location. The balcony was wonderful for enjoying the view. The condo is a great layout with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee pot, and board games to be enjoyed.
The cons include the water being shut off to the condo at two different points in our stay (and we were only there for two days). The sinks would not run, nor would the toilets flush. We were unable to run the dishwasher on our way out, per the instructions, and we had to use the Brita water filter water to brush our teeth. The blanket/throw on the couch was dirty, and it contained dog hair, as did the rug in the living room. I wanted to cuddle up on the balcony with the blanket and enjoy my coffee but it needed washed and we didn't use it.
The condo was a bit warm and we wanted to turn the a/c on. We called Guest Services when we could not figure out how to get it on after tinkering with the thermostat. The "help" was a joke. They said the listing said "NO A/C" which we never had seen, nor would have booked with our two young kids, and we were told the amenity list is generic. So though it lists "thermostat" it doesn't mean that it actually works... just that there is one. That's what we were told. On the same note, the indoor pool was NOT heated, and the hot tub was about the temp that the pool should have been. Just slightly warm. We ran into another family with disappointed kids who came to swim in a heated pool that was in fact not heated. The game room in the club house looked abandoned. No pool balls could be rented etc.
In saying all this, this is a great condo for the set-up, space and view.. but not for amenities or a/c if you want that. We give it a 3 star.

My wife and I spent the weekend here to get away from the city and it was great. Clean, beautiful view, comfortable, and bright!

We loved staying at buffalo ridge c302. It was in a quiet location with a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the scenery and breathing in the mountain air. We could easily walk to trailheads in the national forest, so we could leisurely start our hikes without worrying about parking. It was the perfect relaxing mountain getaway and we plan to return.

Great Condo with a Fabulous View
This condo was perfect and the view was fantastic. Our only complaint was that the supplies were sparse and we quickly ran out of toilet paper and were only left with a couple of dishwasher pods. Having a contact person would have been nice. The condo itself was clean and spacious. I highly recommend.

Not quite as advertised but a nice place to stay
We (seven friends) stayed here for four nights, the space was comfortable and a bit larger than we expected. However, there was not a lot of information regarding the property (re. trash, laundry, who to contact with questions). Also, we were disappointed by every amenity listed in the title (hot tub, game room, etc) being closed. The hot tub was drained and all rooms to communal spaces were locked. I get that some of these things will be closed due to COVID however, we specifically searched for listings with these amenities and paid a higher rate to stay here because we believed we would have access to them. I mean, if you know the amenities are closed don't list them in the title of the listing and remove the search filter for them. We also had to buy a coffee pot for the coffee maker as it was missing and we had no contact information for the property manager so I am currently waiting for a response from Vacasa the property management company's info email regarding a reimbursement... I have stayed in properties managed by Vacasa before and had a wonderful experience, personal cell of a local manager who helped with all questions and even delivered extra kitchen utensils that were missing, This stay was quite the opposite with no contact information provided except for corporate email and call center phone numbers. I don't think I would stay here again at its listed rate and with our experience, perhaps if it was advertised more accurately and with a cheaper cost that reflects the actual amenities I would consider it.
Our stay was overall fine, and I believe I would have felt more satisfied if we had a property contact to reach out to with questions and did not expect to have access to the plethora of amenities listed in the title.

Relaxing It Self.
There is a previlege of relaxing, doing staying there. The best thing was calm air flowing over rhe dillon lake along the timberline to the buffolow mountain high. I fell like flying and hovering around the green energy air. Besides, singing bird’s sound was so vivid and humming birds were welcoming our visit. The room C302 of Buffolo Ridge was so clean and neat to stay 3 days for me and mynwife and 2 sons.

Great condo!
This was perfect for our family of five and a really great deal for this area. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, plenty of space for all of us on the couches (not always the case for a larger group), clean, close parking, gorgeous views (and as a bonus we saw a cute fox right outside). We didn’t mind the stairs up to the condo but people with mobility issues may want to choose something else.

Pros: Walk up 3 flights of stairs and enter a spacious 2 bedroom with large kitchen/living room and loft. The views are amazing and the living room/kitchen have a lot of natural light with the sky lights! The carpet, kitchen counter-top, couches, and faucets all appeared new. What's not amazing? Only 1 TV in the living room. Mattresses need replaced, especially in the main bedroom. Light in the bedrooms is minimal. Closets were filled with clutter and thus were unusable. Kitchen had dirty dishes and left over food in the cabinets. Overall it was very cluttered. Windows were dirty and needed wiped down. Indoor pool and spa were freezing rendering them unusable. Neighbors below partied every night playing loud music, yelling smoking pot, etc. until 2am. We called the non-emergency line to report and they explained that this unit is NOT a short term rental. Soooooo, owners REALLY need to address this situation along with updating the working amenities on the VACASA site. We were very disappointed in our stay here:(

Great location and views. Roomy unit.
This was a fantastic unti with a covered parking spot, thoroughly stocked kitchen, towels and bath items. Access to 3 pool/hot tub clubhouses. Only drawback is that it's already at a high altitude near the top of Wildernest, and there are 3 flights of stairs to get to unit. We were winded every time. Other than that, we will likely stay here again.

Good place
Really nice accommodations. Looked the loft and high ceilings. Lovely sunrise views. Slept 6 well with the use of an air mattress. We would have appreciated some split firewood for the fireplace. Only real let down was the shared clubhouse which was pretty far outside walk ( 100 yards, tough when you are wet), dark in pool area, sauna did not work, pool table required quarters, unimpressive.
