We really enjoyed our stay at Tamarron. We loved being able to hop in the pool & hot tub almost daily. Went for several walks and the scenery was just beautiful. The gym was amazing and thankful for such a great facility to get in a few workouts while on vacation. Having a kitchen to use was a huge plus for our family. I feel like we found a hidden gem and hope to stay here again in the future.

Our unit 210 was good however the upstairs was so hot we could not use the beds upstairs. It was a hot week and there are no window coverings and the fan did not work and the windows would not open

The lodge, within a golf club was at the perfect location in between Durango and Purgatory. The surrounding area was beautiful, the apartment very functional and perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool and adults loved the fitness center and hot tub.

we love the tamarron resort. the amenities are great. we swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub and played pickleball. It was a great weekend. The unit we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

Perfect location between town and the mountains. The condo was well appointed, quiet and had that upscale lodge feel. Very nice. The facilities are top notch as well. GREAT having a ski shuttle, parking at Purgatory is difficult and day two had 18” of snow.

The complete experience was a joy. Directions to get to Tamarron were simple, getting checked in was simple and the lodging was perfect. There are two restaurants on site that are both excellent. The staff was so kind also. I'll be taking my husband back for our anniversary.

Overall the facilities, staff, restaurant and location were very good. Some Curtains for the upstairs windows would have greatly benefited the temperature of the loft. It was fairly hot upstairs. My twin girls mentioned it numerous times. Also please get a new better mattress for the downstairs bed. It is way past due a very uncomfortable.

Only issue was the check-in. I arrived around 6p so no one in front of me I’m the only one. Girl behind counter stated on her phone for about 6 minutes. I’m very patient so no big deal. I got the room keys after about a 30 second transaction and off I go. Now where is room 210 no clue no help she went right back on her phone. It took me then about 5 minutes of driving around to find 210 which was directly above us same building as the checkin counter. So throughout the stay we walked by these same agents and no hello nothing just acted like we were not even there. Anyways. This place is in a perfect location 5 mins to Purgatory and about 15-20 to Downtown Durango. Note for owner. Toaster needs to replaced only outside coils work that’s it thanks

We enjoyed our stay at Tamarron Lodge and would visit again. Unfortunately, the main bed in our unit was horrible with a "sink into the middle" feature. Also, many of the outlets didn't work so had to share outlets for charging our devices. We did use the fridge, microwave, and stove for cooking and everything in the kitchen worked well. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub outdoors.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. My teenage daughters and I stayed in one of the condos over Memorial Day week. Although our use of amenities was somewhat limited due to COVID-19, there are many options including tennis courts, golf course, pool, and a gym. We did utilize the walking trails and the views were breathtaking. Had to watch out for bears though. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

This condo was perfect for our family of fours ski trip to Purgatory. The location was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain or 20 minutes into town. There is also a shuttle that picks up right in front of the lodge. The condo was well equipped with everything you'd need to have a comfortable stay and cook some meals. The only thing it was missing was a spatula to flip pancakes. The twin beds in the loft were a perfect hang out for my two older kids.

Prefect for our family
We had a great stay. The kitchen is small but had all we needed for preparing our meals. The loft adds the extra space for hanging out comfortably. We never felt to cramped. The pool and fitness room were great. It was the perfect fit for our family of 6. It’s beautiful area and we loved that is was in the mountain but quick to get to Durango. It also was an amazing drive to Silverton. We hope it available to rent next year when we come

Good location and ammenties
The area was lovely and we did get the utilize the pool and restaurant and really enjoyed walking about the golf course. I was nice after a day of hiking. The apt met our needs but wasn't anything fancy. Pros were location, complex, upstairs loft, updated bathroom and access to laundry. Cons were main bed was horrible and the unti wasn't very clean. I go over every place we stay with clorox wipes (due to covid), and of the 5 different places we stayed on our vacation, this was the only one that the wipes were coming off brown from dust and grime. I recommend they get a new cleaning service. Otherwise, this is a perfectly nice rental for accessing the local hiking.

Escellent place for families
My family of 4 had an excellent stay in this property - very clean and well maintained. This is an excellent property with very good amenities such as heated swimming pool and kids play area. It is very close to purgatory resort and the drive from Durango downtown is very scenic.

Dining inconvenience/misleading description
The description was misleading. It appeared as though there was a washer and dryer in our room and you had to pay to wash clothes down the hall. Also the room we were in the outlets were weird and it was hard to figure out how to charge devices. The AC did not cool the loft so it was very hot to sleep upstairs. Also the resort did not have convenient dining services for guest. Members of Glacier came first which made it hard to get in to eat. Therefore driving a good distance was required.

Good and Horrible
the faculty was very very good. The room was horrible. Old stained carpet. Huge stains all over the room. The room is setup so that you hit ur head or stub your toe at every turn. There as hair (not ours) in the sink, on the pillow cases and the blanket. I had to go buy my own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Clean place but needed some care
We really enjoyed staying at your home, the communication was amazing. However, we inquired about animals stay due to severe allergies and we all still had allergic reactions due to the dander that was present. The home also needed some updating with lots of things that need to be fixed. One example is the oven burners were replaced but didn't quite fit so the pots sat crooked. Also there were places on the walls that once hung a picture, but we're missing. Just little things that make the condo stand out were missing.
