Great location, easy walk into the town, convenient for all facilities. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, decent quality crockery and glass, comfortable beds and spacious flat. Nice touch to leave welcome goodies.

Car park at rear of property was a very tight squeeze, difficult to access from tiny road and to manoeuvre the car into a small space when another car was parked next to the allocated space - and I drive a mini! Fortunately I was able to park in the road in front of the property. Shower was nice and hot but very weak water flow. Kitchen scales not working, freezer section of fridge missing door so all iced up and not very effective.

Beautifully decorated and more than enough room for 2 couples/ a family of 4. Very clean and less than 10 minutes walk to the shore, and less than 15 to the train station.

For the price, I would have expected a few more kitchen essentials like cooking oil and dried herbs, and as somebody else commented; not enough toilet roll.

Seagull Apartment was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine.

We liked the light sunny rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment very clean and well decorated. Very convenient for shops and theatre.

Parking is a bit tricky so the final evening we parked on the road.

It was lovely & clean, bright & welcoming, well equipped kitchen, lovely that they had left us some milk, for our first cup of tea on arrival, also great that they had left a little welcoming pack of Gin & Tonic, crisps & biscuits a lovely thought, beds lovely & comfortable, we did have trouble trying to get the heating on, so contacted them & they came out the same day to sort it, then the next day we didn’t have any heating or hot water contacted them again and they sent an engineer straight out to get it sorted as I explained to them that I had my 90 year old Dad with us, couldn’t fault the service given, great location 10 minute walk into a lovely town, and a great choice of places to eat will definitely be back, parking could of been a problem with our allocated space at the back, but we managed to park in the street close to the apartment.

Nothing really, they could of done a small information pack of places of interest to visit in the surrounding areas.

providing the correct key code. Parking space was not defined so one of the other flat occupants had parked centrally preventing other cars easily accessing a space.

The property was very well presented and the layout was excellent. It was very clean and had an abundance of cutlery and pots/pans for use. Everything worked very well and the bathroom was a good size. A nice touch was a small bottle of gin and crisps left on arrival. Good quiet residential location 5 minute walk into town. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and would recommend it to other people.

If I was being a little picky parking was not great. There is a space behind the property but it is very tight to get in and out plus its a bit of trek to walk back round to access the property. Thankfully I manged to park on the road most days reasonably close to the front of the property. I would not let that put folk off staying and it would not deter us from staying there again.

Roomy flat, although up 2 flights of stairs!. Spacious kitchen diner. Skylights in ceiling made the place very light.

Shame there was no wi-fi and no catch up TV - just the basic Freeview would have been good, but this was made clear when we booked.

initially the boiler did not work so we had not heating/ hot water (and it was a chilly day). When we rang agency they resolved this, but we were surprised there wasn't a folder with instructions on appliances etc

The apartment had everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen was so well equipped and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was fabulous.

The heating was a bit hit and miss, it wasn't on a timer and it was too hot so we had to switch it off and on. But it was easily rectified.

Lovely quiet location. Large apartment with all the facilities except WiFi (which we did know about). Very clean and beds were comfortable but could do with more pillows. Easy walk to town.

Unfortunately the e-mail explaining the address was wrong did not arrive until after check-in. Parking facilities were not able to be used and would have been quite a walk around the property. No toilet roll provided and only one hand towel for all the property. Fault with boiler which it appears had happened before but agents had not corrected.

I booked on booking.com as we sadly had a family funeral to attend in Cromer. Communication from the letting agent was not good. We had been told about a key box which required a code. I had been asked when we would be arriving which I had let them know 4 days before we travelled.When we arrived at the address supplied we searched the garden for key box to no avail. A very nice lady came out of the house asking if we were looking for seagull appartment as it is actually 29 not 27 Vicarage Rd! She is fed up of people parking in her back garden which we had nearly done ourselves! By this time I had phoned the letting agent who seemed not to know of our booking and 2 people then arrived by car to greet us. Not good. We weren't allowed in until one of them had gone up to flat to check it was ready I guess! Fortunately it was ready for visitors and after a 5 hour drive we were finally able to get in and use the bathroom! The only other thing not so good was that there were no instructions for use of hot water. Eventually found the combi boiler in a bedroom cupboard. Then realised that there was a thermostat on kitchen diner wall with dead batteries in it!
