Pros: cute cozy cabin for two. Affordable. It was not much more to get this cabin as it would have been to get a hotel room at the casino and felt a lot safer during the current pandemic. Nice deck for lounging. Beautiful view of the mountains. Wood burning fire place. Jacuzzi. Curved shower rod. Nice coffee pot, flat top stove/oven, fridge, everything needed to cook and clean up. Washer and dryer with 2 loads detergent provided. Separate face cloth for make up removal. Hair dryer. Iron and small ironing board. It says there's no phone, but there's 2 phones. Key pad entry so there's no contact in order to get keys. Pet friendly (con: for such a high charge). Hand sanitizer provided. Direct TV. Excellent sunrise and sunset views. Nice place to read a book inside or out. Very close to the casino, Bryson and sylva. Mingo and Soco falls are close and well worth seeing.

Cons: I could not see more than two staying here. Kids, even small ones, would be difficult to manage in this cabin. New construction going on directly in front of the cabin was not communicated and detracted from our experience in the cabin. Heat in the jacuzzi is limited. I like my jacuzzi at 105° but they don't want you to go above 100° and it's on a lower deck so if you are out there when it's cold it is a feat not to freeze before you get back in the cabin. Shower head was supposed to have several settings, but it's broken and stuck on 1 setting. Toaster has a broken handle. The bread knife was broken also I discovered when I went to slice bread for french toast. There's a lot of restrictive rules at this cabin, so make sure you read everything or you will wind up with additional charges. No shower anti slip mat. Masks were supposed to be provided but we didn't find any. Wifi sucks. If you have a good service like Verizon you'll get 4G here and it's better than the wifi. Directions to the cabin need some work. Signs of flooding in the bathroom. Turn the water heater up.
