Staff gets concerned if you raise a complaint. Hot water, WiFi was good.

The room was dirty. Bedside tables were so dirty, no towel, no Sandals, and the percolator was dirty inside.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Rooms are very clean and newly renoviert. The area is quit and nice. The view at the rooftop restaurant is exceptional and the staff amazingly helpful and friendly.

I missed fresh fruit and having juice during the day, but the nice and also fairly priced food made up for it.

Breakfast was not bad. And the location was bit difficult to find for the cub drivers. But was far away from the center.

Food was good. Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful. Hallam, the receptionist, is a pleasant lady, and Dansu was always willing to help. I liked that the hotel is a 7mins walk from my office. The bar played really good music. Always had me dancing!

Cleaners weren't thorough with the cleaning. Furniture, doors and wardrobe was dirty. Bathroom has a stench as it isn't aerated. Intercom wasn't working so I had to go downstairs for whatever I wanted. However, the Manager, promised to fix it on my next visit.

Very close to Austrian Embassy, great for when staying in Addis to get a Schengen Visa - if one wants a nice room and comfort.

I would prefer if payment is directly via booking.com (because it makes it easier when booking for a friend)

The location was fantastic, just 700 metres from the African Union complex. The rooftop bar was exceptional!

Breakfast range of choice was adequate, but not large if you are wary of e.g. raw fruit (sliced or juiced). The cook makes up for that by doing good custom-made omelet, though. Internet was solid and quite fast; in four days, there was only one breakdown of internet for about an hour—much better than expected! Staff are friendly and great: always willing to help, call Über-rides, bring another coffee at breakfast, etc.

Location was very good for me (working around African Union campus), but a bit out of main city centre.
