The location is fantastic.

Upon arrival the key box code had not been changed. I reached out to the hosts and was unable to get in contact with them. Eventually they returned my call and gave me the code. When we got into the property it had not been cleaned. The host sent a cleaning crew but it forced my family and two small children to leave for over two hours. The host/owner told me to reach out following the incident to work out a refund. He never responded to my messages. It was a horrible way to start our stay after a long drive and no attempt to rectify the situation and make it better following the trip.

Close to beach.

It was very run down. The furniture was so worn out. No washer and dryer. The 3rd bed was a patio and no air conditioning . For the money I was extremely disappointed.

The condo's covered back porch overlooked the ocean. It was beautiful. The front door opened to a large, clean pool, and the back door to the ocean. We spent the days jumping from one to the other. Beach and pool supplies (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys) were provided. I'll have to remember that next time and not over pack. There WILL be a next time!
