Location and price.

Had a couple of issues while we were there and didn’t hear back from contact.

Location of the property is excellent! About 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops very close! Pool and outdoor shower were great! All kitchen essentials were provided.

No elevator so have to lung everything upstairs since it’s a second floor condo. Main bed and bathroom were pretty small. Not a lot of storage especially for bathroom items. A dresser in the bedrooms and some shelves in the bathroom would be extremely helpful. Wasn’t super clean but not nasty. Smells a little musty but I guess that’s to be expected with the humidity and such of the area.

water was shut off with no warning, front staircase was closed for 2 days. Longer walk to the beach than expected.

it has met our expectations from what booking.com have shared about the property. The location is perfect! everything within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and shops. The property itself was clean and have everything we need for our family of four especially when Christmas day everything was closed, we were able to store our groceries and prepare our meals just like being at home. Also very quiet place, we barely hear from the neighbors.

there is no major issues that we came across during our stay, maybe just a little things like a wiggle toilet seat in the master bedroom, the sliding door kept sliding open, and extra blankets would be nice (i know it was unusual to have a cool temperature there, so we were grateful for the working heater!).
