It was quiet, warm, and we lacked nothing. We appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas.

Location for skiing at Ellicotville was ideal, not too far away, nice quiet location after a full day of skiing

It was a bit cold upon arrival, having the heat set more then 50 for arriving guests would be real nice

we loved the deck and the fire pit!

It was “cabin” like and not a house… but very comfortable!

Everything was good from the response time from the property owners to the actual house. We are hoping to return again in the summer

The property is in a pristine mountain location tucked away from society in a peaceful, serene location. The property has adequate fireplaces for cold nights to heat in the interior and the exterior of the cabin. If it were up to me I would rent the place as a place to live far away from the hustle and bustle of modern living
