Nothing. They provide bad services and for same price you can get better hotels in Lucknow.

They said they dont have any rooms and they dont give rooms if booked through booking.com/OYO. After sometime they said they have room but you will have to pay higher price of Rs 999/-. Staff was not behaving properly. After lot of effort they showed useless rooms on top of hotel. One room didnt have A/C and other didnt have attached bathroom. Rooms were dirty, badly maintained. Still I chose one room with AC but no attached bathroom as i was in hurry and had to go for work. When i came back in night at 9pm I noticed AC was not working. I complained at the reception and the boy first denied non-working of AC. After i proved it he said you manage without AC thats your problem. Being summer period it was very hot and couldnt sleep in night. In morning, lady hotel manager was present at desk and I complained about AC not working and other things. She started shouting at me and said we give non-AC room at Rs 800, why will we give you AC room at discounted price? I told her then dont misguide customers online that you have AC rooms etc and when customers reach your hotel you cheat them. She started shouting and telling do whatever you want to do.
