It took 3 hours to get into 3 units, due to the fact of wrong codes given from you. We couldn't even stay on the phone because they have us the wrong codes to the WiFi. We had to dump the trash in the unit when we got there. The freezer was full of food from the previous stay. The propane heater on the deck was out of fuel, we couldn't use it. Ruined the whole stay.

I stayed in summer for a hiking trip - great proximity to many trail systems, Arapaho, RMNP and CDT! Keypad garage parking was convenient. The private balcony with views of the mountains was my favorite feature. The amenities are plentiful. Very happy w my choice to stay there. I felt very pampered! I will def come back to ski in winter.

Booking was really bad. They could not verify my identity even though I answered questions correctly. It took several long phone calls and speaking with different associates. Even so I kept getting notifications that they could not verify my identity. One bad part was I booked the unit for my husband to go moose hunting. I used his ATM card since he would be the guest. Then they refused to speak with me when even though he tried talking to them and can't hear so he just mumbled okay and hung up which did not verify his identity. I finally got a lady to do everything and he did receive the door codes. Booking a motel is very quick and easy. Your Basecamp rental is not easy to book. It was strange that we could not get the address either until we received the codes. Started wondering if we were being scammed.

Loud noises (high-pitched whine) from outside from building from the buildings electronic equipment noticed at night.. refrigerator runs really loud always.. and the installed bedroom air conditioner was super loud.. so sleeping was very difficult.
