Perfect location for a stay in Annapolis. Close enough with convenient off-street parking with a $5-$10 rideshare for convenience. Perfection for a wedding on 'the yard'. Second floor apartment is great for a couple with a large kitchen island living room area. A great King Bedroom. Very quiet neighborhood - we will return. The bath with a European shower suited our needs well. An exhaust fan might have provided a bit more support for this great feature. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations, location and communication.

This location in Eastport is ideal and close walking distance to downtown Annapolis. Beautiful area and property. Shower placement is inconvenient but ok. Curtains would help if guests don't want to wake up with the sunrise. I would recommend this property overall!

We’ve stayed here a few times and just love it. Close to everything - walking distance! Cindy and Mike are great hosts. We are sad our time in Annapolis has come to an end but can guarantee if we find ourselves back here we will be staying here!

Apartment was great for the two of us. Very clean and an excellent location for walking to Annapolis. The bakery on the corner was a plus. Definitely coming back. Only minor issue was gas range top needed adjustment, flames were very low.

Clean & spacious, seemed newly renovated. Well appointed and very nice kitchen appliances. Perfect for long weekend to explore Annapolis and attend local lacrosse tournaments. So convenient and super close to many great restaurants, easy walk across the bridge to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Mike & Cindy!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The Loft apartment was clean and uniquely spacious. Would have liked to have bedding for the pull out sofa and extra towels but everything else was well furnished.

Loved this place from the moment we walked in. Adorable loft like apartment in Eastport. Walked to everything. Less than a 15 min walk to DTA. Cant say enough about how much we loved this place. Plenty of parking on the street. Highly recommend.

Cindy and Mike have created a great vacation spot. We loved everything about the home - the open loft feel, just right amenities, even the spa bathroom. And they were easy to communicate with. It was our first time staying in Eastport and we loved the quiet, neighborhood atmosphere. Nice having a great coffee/pastry shop, and seafood spots just steps away.

This apartment offers a quiet, clean and convenient place in Eastport, just over the Spa Creek bridge from Annapolis. The vaulted ceilings and open space make for a warm and welcoming environment. The property manager, Cindy, is very responsive.

Delightful Stay
Thoroughly enjoyed spacious and well equipped property. Giant TV and enormous kitchen island. Loved the front porch for morning coffee. King sized bed was super comfy. Tons of storage. Perfect WFH set up for two with a desk and bistro table. “Wet room” bath was inconvenient, but we knew this before taking the rental. Amazing location in quiet, residential area yet just quick walk into Annapolis center. Enjoyed exploring Eastport including marina views, restaurants and wonderful self-guided history walk with about 10 stops. Highlight was sunset sail on the Wilma Lee which leaves from Maritime Museum. Hosts were delightful. I requested hangers and they were delivered in a jiffy. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice property conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Water Taxi to City Dock (downtown). Best bakery in town (Baker's and Co.) is on the corner. Walk to pubs and restaurants.
