Bienvenido a The Three Palms Oasis Cottage. Esta casa de seis dormitorios y cuatro baños se encuentra en la isla de Saint Simons y al otro lado de la calle del océano Atlántico. This house is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. It is beautifully decorated and spacious - perfect for our large group of adults and children. I've stayed at numerous houses in St. Simon's and this was by far the best one. I absolutely plan on staying here again in the future.

The house is beautiful and well met our need fir space. There were numerous issues that were encountered during our visit. Many of these issues were never addressed by management after several phone calls.
When we arrived the pool was filled with debris and the robot was not running. Management was called and a pool service was supposed to come. This did not happen. We spent several
hours cleaning debris from the pool and did get it cleaned.
At bedtime, a drip was discovered over a bed, necessitating moving the bed over and placing a container to catch the drip. Management was called at this time. A maintenance crew came the next morning and said the leak had been fixed until we left and they could properly repair the ceiling. That night, after releasing water from the bathtub upstairs bath, water came pouring onto the bedroom again requiring all available containers to catch the water! Management was called again and plumbers came the next morning and repaired the upstairs bathroom shoer plumbing and took down the ceiling below which was about to fall.
On July 3, the kitchen sink backed up and filled with water while loading the dishwasher. After plunging didn't work, we drained the water from the pipe and called management. A message was left on the answering machine. The phone call was not answered, so another call was placed. was told that maintenance would be out to check. No one ever responded. Did run the dishwasher afraid it would flood the area.

We had a marvelous time here- the layout works very well for families or groups of friends that like a little separation- three bedrooms on the main level, two bedrooms below, and one out in the pool house. We paid to have the pool heated for our Novemeber trip, which worked very well. We love visiting St Simons, and this house made our visit even more special.

Rented the home for our sons wedding. Great location to access the beach , restaurants and golf. The home was spacious and layout was great with having a couple infants.

The house was just as described. It was nicely decorated and immaculately clean! It could use a mirror in each bedroom.
We did have some issues that never got resolved about heat for the pool and hot tub. At time the pool was too hot to use. We did call the leasing office multiple times with little success correcting the problem even though they sent someone over to do so.
Other than the pool/hot tub we had a great time!

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s right across from the beach and very close to the village. We had an issue upon check in where the downstairs hadn’t actually been cleaned, but was remedied quickly when we notified the property management company. The house itself and bedrooms are nice and updated. We didn’t use the cottage in the back but it was cute, well appointed and looked like a comfortable stay. One minor issue was getting in touch with the property rental company. No one picked up immediately upon calling, but would call back if you left a message. And the person who called back wasn’t able to answer questions, but rather had to find out and get back to us. In some cases, they never did. We also had an issue with the heated pool. We requested it be turned on and while someone did come out to turn it on, it only worked for one afternoon before shutting off again. We called for help the next day but never heard back. Overall, we enjoyed it at this rental, the beds were comfortable, and the house is great.

Great house and location for our large group. My family from KY, TN , and Florida met in SSI for fall break. It was so nice that each family was able to have its own sleeping area and then gather for activities and meals. The heated pool was perfect and it was a great size and depth for young children. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the ocean. One afternoon we even saw porpoises playing in the water. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxed vibe of the island. Definitely interested in returning!

We couldn’t have asked for a more excellent location! We just had to walk across the street to the ocean, could walk a few blocks to great restaurants, afternoon ice cream for kids, or downtown. It was very nice. The only upgrade needed was new mattresses. Otherwise, everyone love it.

Great house right across the street from the beach. Lots of space to be together and also have some time apart. Loved the hot tub and pool. Having the guest house was great as well. Very well equipped, plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances.

This home was great for our group. The separate areas allowed some ‘alone’ time and plenty of space to be together. We had some issues with the pool and hot tub which were not addressed as soon as we would have liked but I understand there had been a storm go through before our arrival. The location of the home was perfect. Very quiet area and close to restaurants and beach.

Beachview House
It was a great house to accommodate a big family. Short distance to beach was great. Our only complaints include, the main fan in the family room on the second floor was dusty, the blinds were also very dusty & made it difficult for someone with allergies. Overall experience with the house. was a positive one. My family enjoyed it.

Our trip was perfect!! The house is SO close to the beach and the pool is an amazing reprieve from the sun! Our 4 family/15 people group had an amazing time and Wendell already talking about when we can come back to Three Palm Cottage!

The property was lovely and ample size for 11 people. It was well decorated and the location was ideal.
The only negative is/was that the property needed a proper cleaning. We did reach out to the property manager about the bedroom and pool and he was responsive.

We were tired mentally and physically and promised each other last year that when this was over, we’d take a trip to celebrate! It’s not over but we took the trip anyway! Supposed to go to Jamaica but ended up stateside in beautiful St. Simons Island! The house was FANTASTIC! The decor, rooms, location, everything just great! The only complaint was the spa area in the pool was not working and had very cloudy dirty water. The pool was fine and heated and the auto bottom vacuume was great! The house has all the amenities you could need and everything is conveniently located on the island! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Front liners -michelle, cindy, julie, Marcia, Carol, anna and nancy ♥️

We were tired mentally and physically and promised each other last year that when this was over, we’d take a trip to celebrate! It’s not over but we took the trip anyway! Supposed to go to Jamaica but ended up stateside in beautiful St. Simons Island! The house was FANTASTIC! The decor, rooms, location, everything just great! The only complaint was the spa area in the pool was not working and had very cloudy dirty water. The pool was fine and heated and the auto bottom vacuume was great! The house has all the amenities you could need and everything is conveniently located on the island! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
