It was in a secluded location with parking available, only a short drive to the New Forest. There is a pub opposite, other Pubs, restaurants were within a reasonable driving distance. The proprietor was warm and friendly, even better being a family run business. A good quality freshly cooked breakfast was on offer. My stay represented very good value for money. Good WiFi also provided.

Only a couple of things. The TV Screen was really just to small, it needed to be be a minimum of 32" for the size of room, it would have been nice if a couple of bottles of water were provided.

The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The owner, Helen is very friendly and obliging. She is well organised and produced an excellent breakfast.

Helen was super organised and welcoming. The property is spotless and the room had everything you would need for a night or two away. Twin Oaks is a great example of how running a B&B should be done.

Location was perfect as a stop off as we travelled between two locations. Room was very clean and surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the road. Breakfast was excellent. There was a great range and the hot food was all very nicely cooked. The host, Helen, was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The sink in the bathroom is too small and makes washing your face difficult without spilling a lot of water. One of our beds felt like it was sloped from one side to the other and therefore it wasn't very comfortable to sleep in.

Fabulous place to stay before cruising from Southampton. great pubs and forest walks . Secure car parking with transfers to and from the port . Great hosts and a lovely breakfast .

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. I think the premises was more suited to people going on cruises from Southampton

Bathroom was really small, basin was a triangle in the corner with barely enough room to wash. The soap had been diluted!

Our host was charming and made us feel at home straight away. our room was cosy and immaculate with everything we required and the bed and pillows amazingly comfortable to us. it’s located right opposite a pub where we had superb Indian curries. breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of fresh cooked food or other as you wish. it’s ideally located for the forest , we didn’t hear any noise and parking is simple, couldn’t fault it, thank you.

The lady was very helpful indeed. Very friendly and even let me have a spare bed. The breakfast was wonderful.

The breakfast and the service were perfect. We could even have it packed for takeaway which is really convenient.

The views from our room were not great.

A really lovely B&B - we had all 5 rooms booked - each room was really nice with en suite showers. There's a cosy lounge and dining area - perfect for dinner / board games and then a movie night which is how we spent our evening. The breakfast was excellent and service was great. Hosts were so accommodating and catered to all our requests.

We had Lovely breakfast and room was comfortable and Hosts Helen and Neil were very friendly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like we hope to go back soon. There were plenty of places to eat to.

Good nights sleep. Nice fresh milk for tea in room. Nicely decorated throughout Hotel. Felt fresh & modern.

Our room "Willow" was quite small. Luckily it was just for sleeping not spending time in. The sink in the tiny bathroom was quite difficult to use as minuscule. On arrival the front of the House looks a bit dreary/ run down. First impression was worrying. Luckily as soon as you step inside the breakfast area it is bright, clean & cheerful.
