Couldn't even connect with the local guest contact to help us get into the building. And, he let me know it was not at all his problem to solve. Unprofessional and discourteous. Strongly recommend you stay elsewhere. A local doghouse would be a SIGNIFICANT improvement.

The property is conveniently located to all of the amenities the GOTL Strip and the State Park has to offer. Overall, the apartment is clean with a few exceptions. The neighborhood is quiet at night and our neighbors were friendly.

We were unable to access the unit for two hours past check-in because there was an issue with the key code. Upon entry you are greeted with an unpleasant mildew smell in the lower foyer. The entryway needed a good sweeping. Also the fan in the first floor bedroom needs to be cleaned since it has accumulated a fair amount of dust. Also, the garbage containers located on the side of the house were overflowing so not pleasant site to see from the porch view. The furniture could also use some updating in the living room. The couch is very uncomfortable.

Received the code the day before arrival. Great easy access. Close access to the strip. I enjoyed running to the Geneva State Park. Close to other wineries to visit.

Very nice. 3rd floor bedroom issue. We are in our 70’s. But for younger people would not be issue

Price. Thought I would be under $500 for 3 nights. Good deal. With up charges we ended up over $730 I had a very hard time reaching Bookings to add dog. Our liaison was helpful in other areas, but could not get us through to get 8 lb dog added.
