¡Espectacular casa frente al mar en el extremo de una calle sin salida! Brillante, aireado e inmaculado! Cuatro cubiertas, (una fuera del impresionante segundo piso - Master Suite privada). Espectacular techo de catedral en la acogedora sala de estar frente al mar. Un porche proyectado para organizar una cena al aire libre. El calor central, una chimenea (estufa de pellets) y el aire acondicionado central lo convierten en la casa de vacaciones perfecta durante todo el año. Un soleado, bien equipado, comer en la cocina para el cocinero gourmet. Down-Draft cook top y parrilla de gas perfecto para cualquier comida. Hermosas puestas de sol en la bahía de Chincoteague. Vistas al agua desde todas las habitaciones! Sala de juegos independiente y área de TV / Playstation con 2 sofás cama y baño completo. Gran ducha de agua caliente afuera y un camino de conchas de ostras hacia el agua para que pueda caminar fácilmente a la bahía para comer cangrejos, peces y kayak. ¡Servicio de Internet! Blue Point Bayside is perfect! The game room was great for our littlest guest on the coolest day of our stay. The view was spectacular and it was peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! We’ve been coming down for years, staying in a variety of rentals. This was hands down our best experience. The house was comfy and bright, the views can’t be beat, and the kids loved the game room. Thank you for great trip!

The location and view was great. However for the rental fee I expected the house to be in better condition. It needs a deep clean! For example the tiles in the master bath were moldy and so was the shower curtain. Chinoteague the island did not disappoint. Weather was great and lots of nature to enjoy!

We stayed at blue point bayside. Location is excellent. The house needs a deep cleaning! Baseboards were dirty, master bath tile had yellow mold, dirty walls , kitchen cupboards were dirty etc. I expected more for the price of the rental. We did not use the game room but when we checked it out the air hockey game was broken. We love Chincoteague and the island activities did not disappoint. The house, however,I would not go back to.

Wonderful hub for family reunion. Easy kitchen to cook in and plenty of room for large dinners. The views and nature sounds were so relaxing. Humidity and mosquitoes present but not enough to stop the fun! Would prefer to not sweep and vacuum at end

Blue Pointe Phenomenal
Upon arrival the house more than met our expectations with the rooms, the bay views and the overall accessibility and information provided to help us make the most of our stay. We absolutely hope to return to this house next year to once again enjoy the amenities and balcony views.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this house and we love it! It is so well stocked and taken care of. The views are beautiful and the game room is a blast for our kids. During the storm we found a leak in the bedroom and then the ceiling fell, once I called in, someone was here within 30 minutes. It didn’t disrupt our stay and the man was very pleasant!

This was our fifth stay at this great home! It has everything you need, plenty of room, the best views and quiet.

We loved our stay here! The views are gorgeous, especially at sunset. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the game room! We have been coming to Chincoteague for many years and this was our favorite rental! Thank you.

June 2021 Stay
We’ve always enjoyed staying at this house and this summer did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bring an eye mask if you’re staying in the master bedroom, as there are no shades and it gets mighty sunny mighty early!

May 2022 Stay
Our group had an incredible time visiting and staying in this beautiful home. I had plenty of space for us all and was well-stocked with everything we could've wanted right down to the binoculars and bird chart in the living room! We had the perfect weather to enjoy these unbeatable views, and we're already making plans for our next visit!

The house was beautiful and we loved the gameroom.
Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and this was great as most of the restaurants on the island were closed for the off season. ( Microwave was a bit "glitchy" though).

Quiet weekend on the Bay. Enjoyed the upper deck off the master bedroom overlooking the bay. Beautiful Sunsets. Also screened in deck on first floor.

Had a relaxing few days here. BVery quiet; beautiful views and sunsets; lots of space for three couples, including four dining areas! Kitchen had everything one could need. Had a few minor issues initially, and most were taken care of quickly. Definitely recommend.

We would love to go back next year, had such a great experience! Mosquitoes were a bit crazy but otherwise an AMAZING trip. Every room had a view. Was relaxing and my kids enjoyed the game room A LOT. My fav rooms were the screened in porch to have breakfast and coffee in the morning with that peaceful view and the deck off the master was beautiful and so Serene. BUT I was obsessed with the outdoor shower, just wished the hot water lasted a little longer. Overall our favorite family trip. Just beware, do not go to beach at night, again, mosquitoes were brutal!!!! Otherwise can not say anything bad about the house, Loved it!!! A lot of charming features and nice touches....the kids got a kick outta me saying good morning to them each day from the peekaboo window upstairs. Beds were comfortable. Hope to book again next year! Thank you for offering your home to us for a lovely family vacation that we will not forget!! A lot of great memories made ♥️
