The house was beautiful and well stocked with anything you would need. The sunsets were incredible. My only complaint is outside of the pool area we couldn't use any of the decks because the furniture was crusted with dead bugs. I have read the other reviews so this is not news to the owners. That furniture should be cleaned weekly. It would be the single reason we would not rent this house again. To have these great decks to enjoy the sound and sunsets but unless you want to sit on crusted bugs the decks are useless.

This house is well furnished & stocked, overall a great layout. About a 10 minute walk to Herring beach and the sound was great for kayaking. Tried to fish off the pier but never caught anything, could be our skills. Maintenance requests were quickly resolved. Only compliant is we all woke up sore from the mattresses.

The inside of the house was very clean and lovely except for a couple of cobwebs in the corner of the kitchen and the light fixture in the kitchen. The outside of the house was covered in spiders, spider webs and spider droppings. There were even bees nests in several of eves outside. The front entrance to the house was so covered in spiders and webs that we didn't want to go near it. When asked maintenance came to power wash and that helped but what is needed is true exterminating on a more regular bases BEFORE the guest arrives. Also the hinge on elevator door on ground level was not properly fitted so the door had to be slammed to get it shut thus waking up small children. Lastly for the cost to rent this home and the MANY rules that we renters must adhere to I feel that keeping the outside of the house from being over run with spiders is something I would be extremly diligent in addressing for my upscale clients before they arrive at the house.

We loved this house. A few necessary tweaks are to stock it with some platters and large bowls. We had to serve salad in a stock pot and put burgers on cookie sheets. What a shame for such a well stocked house otherwise. The views are quite amazing, making rainy days even OK. As I mentioned, there's quite a smell in the downstairs refrigerator (fish) that remained despite much cleaning effort by us and your staff. Not sure how to fix that going forward, but I feel the cleaning crew should have jumped on that quickly instead of me. All in all I would definitely rent the house again!

Our family loved CBAY-2. We loved the art on the walls and the kitchen was well supplied with adequate dishes. We were fortunate that the weather was sunny and low humidity every day. We enjoyed walking down the dock. We plan on returning next year!
There were just a few things that we needed. We could have used a large frying pan, as there were 7 of us and the meals we prepared necessitated large vessels for food. We would have liked instructions for the sound system and coffee maker and a TV guide for the Dish network.

The home was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Loved and used the elevator, great for bringing up groceries, etc to the top floor and for those who can't use the stairs. Shopping is easily accessible. Many beaches you can go to. Make sure to give shoreline your correct contact number as we had a surprise visitor walk into the home. This was uncomfortable and awkward. He was there to change the filters. The only negative I had was the decks - they were covered with cobb webbs, dead bugs and live spiders. Not liking the idea to have to clean when on vacation. I did call shoreline they said they are not cleaned every week, but looked liked they weren't done for many weeks. The pool area and the shower were the same. Hoping they will take care of for the next set of renters. They did say they would see what they could do, but heard nothing.

Great house in good location. House was clean with every thing we needed for our family of 10. The only complaint we had was the first time we used the barbecue, the grill was dirty and after starting to cook some meat the grease trap was so full that everything flame. The grill had not been cleaned, and the grease trap had not been emptied for a long time. Also the Jacuzzi had sand in it, so it had not been cleaned. The pool was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bella Baycove. It's a truly beautiful, well-stocked, and immaculate home. One very minor note: bring slippers, the sisal rug in the master bedroom is torture.

CBAY-2 - Bella Baycove was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had. Great location, great amenities, clean, and spacious. With 10 kids ranging from 1-18 and 4 adults, we were excited to have so much space, a bathroom for each bedroom everyone was comfortable and able to find places to chill and relax. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with almost every Kitchen Aid appliance you could imagine, you really do not have to bring anything. Having two dishwashers was probably the most underrated feature of this house. A perfect place that made for a spectacular weeks vacation.

This is a beautiful house - new, clean, tastefully furnished, in excellent condition, and fully equipped. The owner clearly cares about the house, and it shows. The house is a great size and layout: we were a smaller group but not dwarfed by it, yet a larger group would fit nicely. The view of the sound is gorgeous. Even in December we were able to sit out on the long sound-front deck for lunch. When we arrived for the week before Christmas the house was decorated for the holidays, which was a very nice touch. A caveat: There was a lot of construction going on down the street from the house when we were there. It didn't bother us all that much but it wasn't ideal.

I would suggest that the light switches be labeled. We had to search for the switch for the 2nd floor outdoor strand of lights and were surprised it was in the 2nd floor hallway. Great time!

The house was in excellent condition. Incredible location, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pier was absolutely awesome the sun sets were great. Neighborhood couldn't have been better.

The home had every amenity the listing noted plus more. I have never seen a kitchen as well stocked, with every kind of dish/utensil you could imagine, in the numerous homes we have rented. There are three dishwashers, two microwaves, two full-sized refrigerators, and a large washer and dryer helping this home easily accommodate large family gatherings. The home is beautifully decorated, open and bright. It was clean and well kept, beds comfortable and the A/C worked like a champ! And did I mention the fantastic water pressure in the showers?! There was plenty of space for the 13 (nine adults and four kids) of us. The dock in the back of the house was great for enjoying the sunset and the pool was used daily. A relatively short walk to the beach made this home the perfect choice!

My family and I loved everything about this house. Everything in this house is upgraded, including beautiful wood-work though out! The kitchen is beyond beautiful and has everything you need to make big family meals. We loved being on the bay. We rented kayaks, paddle boards, and brought rafts. We watched the sunset over the bay every night. The kids also loved the pool and hot tub. This is one of the best houses we ever rented!!

This house was perfect for our group. The views and sunsets on the sound were amazing! I would stay here again for the view alone but this house had so much more to offer.
It was specious enough for our group of 10 adults to be together and was also big enough so that when someone needed space they had it. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed as we are a group of friends that loves to spend time in the kitchen and preparing meals together. The double dishwashers were a very nice touch. The house was decorative beautifully as well. The elevator made it super easy to bring in all of our gear for the week. That was the only reason we used the elevator but it would be so helpful if you were traveling with someone that had mobility issues. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time in it. The walk to the beach was easy and worth it for the sunrise.
The only opportunity with the house was that it could use a pressure washing to get rid of all of the spider webs/spiders outside around the decks. They seemed excessive.
Also, I would hold off on renting kayaks and paddle boards until you get there and check out how murky and dirty the water is at the end of the dock. The water was very stagnant and we did not want to get into it even though we had rented the gear for the week. This is nothing to reflect on the house or the host but just a caution before you spend the money to rent the gear. And every dock had the same issue.

We had a wonderful week long family vacation. The location of the house is perfect with spectacular views. The 6 bedrooms and 6+ bathrooms provided the perfect house for all 11 adults and 2- 2 year olds. Walk to the beach, the pool, the very well stocked kitchen made for a great time had by all. The house inside was very clean but the windows, screens and outside of house really needs a power wash for all the bugs and spider webs. Also the porch/deck furniture needs to be scrubbed and power washed too. But overall I would recommend this beautiful home for a great summer vacation!

This property was the perfect stay for our family Christmas away. The home was clean and spacious. The four king bedrooms with attached bath worked out perfect for our family. The sunsets did not disappoint. The walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. I do not have any complaints with this property and I am extremely picky. They extra touches were very thoughtful. They provided a small christmas tree and lights on the railings. The elevator was really nice as we were traveling with elderly parents/ grandparents. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the outer banks.

Absolutely Perfect Stay
Our family of 8 stayed in this house during our Spring Break trip and it was the most incredible stay. This house is absolutely beautiful! We were honestly in awe of the size of the home when we arrived. It is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed and we VRBO a lot of vacation. The home is near everything in Corolla beach. When we stayed we did the Corolla horse tour which I highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling to the Outer Banks!

Great Vacation House
Overall we loved this house and thought the setup and the amenities in the house were great. The sunsets off the pier were spectacular. It was a great setup for our vacation group. The only thing we would suggest is that the outside be cleaned up a bit from bugs.

Wonderful OBX stay
This was a perfect house for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults (and a baby). It is even more spacious in person than it looks online. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with absolutely everything we needed to cook our family dinners. The pool and hot tub provided entertainment on cloudy days, and we even ate pizza on the pier one night to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay at Bella Baycove again in the future but would do two weeks instead of one (the drive was brutal, even leaving before 6am). The only negative was the amount of bugs (which we were warned about) - we did spend some time cleaning/scrubbing all the furniture and railings on the screened porch so we could use that space. Hopefully next time the COVID restrictions will allow for the beds to be made prior to arrival (even though we knew this was the case) so we could enjoy more of our first day. Early check-in and gear rental discounts were a plus.

Great family trip!
The house is exactly as pictured and still smells brand new. We had a great family trip. We did find several bees nests in the rafters outside but maintenance was fantastic and took care of them right away. Also just beware we had a copperhead snake on the back patio one night so just check your surroundings when going outside. That’s just what you get when you’re staying so close to nature and neither the bees or snake changed our opinion of the house at all and we would absolutely stay again! Thanks for a great week!!
