Spa email room despite the height is limited as loft room.
At cofffee area, it seems mosquitoes are there. We only stay few mins but got a lots of bites.. itchy..

The lady was really kind and helpful, I was in a hurry but she made me feel at home anyway.
Also baked some lovely muffins for breakfast.

I needed to study and this was a good location. Patrizia is very kind and welcoming. it was spotless clean
there are two rooms on the first floor and these are not 30m2, I guess half of this space. still spacious with heigh ceilings.
a light that switches on and off in the hallway might be nice as it is quite dark….

Very comfortable room and bed, desk space on the small side, easy enough access on foot to the train station and the historic center. Noise from the road did not bother me although it was chilly still and I did not have the window open. I appreciated the large balcony.
Patrizia said she does not care for technology so time and irritation could be saved by simply putting up a sign with the WiFi password in each room.

Breakfast was a help-yourself assortment of fruits, yogourt, juice, cereal, toast, jam, coffee…plenty for me.
The host, Patrizia, is an absolute charm.
The location was about an 8 minute walk from everything of interest.
Balcony is a plus.

Fairly clean, ok location, very rustic.
Host can only communicate in Italian. Poor communication from the host, about location and payment. We were forced to pay the banking fees for the transaction. No real free public parking, if you find a spot you are lucky. We stayed in the attic loft, very low roof. Breakfast were self service with very few options. For the price of the apartment you expect a bit more, but it is a roof and clean bed.

Near the beach.
I choose this place because of all the wonderful ratings it got. But we were very disappointed.
We were in a room up in the attic..and it was impossible to take our suitcases up. The staircases were very narrow an deep so we had to take our things out of the suitcase in our car and put some in a bag.
The breakfast was really non existing..milk..2 plain yoghurt and som crackers. On the first day we also had 2 bottles of juice. We had nothing on the second day.
We red there was good internet connection but it was terrible. When I went down to ask her about it she was irritable and just said ( with help of google) it is ok with the internet. I found in the end the main connection in the hall and connected with that.
We did not enjoy ourselves in that apartment.

Ceiling was very low so I had to walk around crouched all the time to not hit anything.
