Première fois que je vois un hôtel ou on a pas le droit d'arriver avant et de travailler dans le hall et idem on nous met dehors après avoir rendu la chambre. Femme de chambre qui entre sans frapper puis une autre qui frappe fort et de façon rapide 10 fois au lieu de toquer normalement et de laisser 10 secondes le temps d'aller ouvrir la porte. Salle de bain moisi ainsi que les rebord de la fenêtre de la chambre

Nowhere to walk the dog properly (there is a small gravel area at back of hotel suitable for toileting but that's it). Situated on busy hairpin bend in the road so heavy traffic on both sides of the hotel.

Room was adequate and the bed was comfortable.

Management was horrendously and unapologetically unhelpful. I stayed in a moment of distress, my travel companion having had a serious accident the day before and being stuck in nearby hospital. The management was unable to provide me with a later checkout. After some convincing, they reluctantly held my belongings for the next day while I dealt with logistics of relocating and tending to my injured partner. They were unable to provide me a door code access to get my possessions mid day. There was zero sympathy or willingness to accommodate me by this manager in any way despite circumstances. A generally miserable human being. The other staff were lovely, but we're beholden to this manager's proclivities.

No 24/7 reception. Needed to check in via terminal. Next morning the invoice was already printed at the reception and they said it's not possible to modify anymore. My company refused to pay me the expenses as there are details missing on the invoice. Bathroom wasn't clean. Remaining hairs from previous customers remaining at the sink area. There was strong smell of weed in front of the hotel when I arrived at late evening. Will not stay there again.
