Property was as expected. Was only there one night. The cabin was very clean and had supplies we needed. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would be back again if in the area. Very pretty location, I wish we were there longer to be able to explore more.

Location is excellent, communication with the owner is excellent. Cabin is clean, neat with few amenities. Utensils, plates, bowls, cups etc. you'd better bring your own, but it's perfect for a place to lay your head after a day on Lake Barkley. Price is appropriate and reasonable. Planning a fishing trip with the guys? I'd highly recommend it.

Cabin is clean, everything is in working order and as advertised. Don't expect to find dishes or silverware. There is however a couple pots and pans. Communication with the owner is fantastic as they live on the property.

Enjoyed our stay. Two things were inadequate. Could use a chair in each bedroom and a better heating source. Otherwise it was great! Our needs were met. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. Lighting wasn’t too good in front room but okay overall. Would we stay there again? Yes we would!! And we will recommend it to friends and family!!!

Worked
Probably a better choice for four guys going fishing on the lake than a 70 year old adventurous female wanting a place to stay rather than a hotel room so I could spend a day exploring Land Between the Lakes. It worked.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted and needed plus some! Super close to the marina where our boat rental was, Tony was amazing and super helpful! Very peaceful location while an on-site gas station/country store with food. We will definitely be returning!

Fish Island Resort
My daughter and I had a blast staying at Fish Island Resort for the first time! The cabin was cute and quaint. It had two bedrooms and a kitchen area to meet our needs. We were even able to watch the Olympics on television during our stay! The cabin is less than two miles from the public beach at Lake Barkley and only 15 minutes from Land Between the Lakes. We were even able to drive to Patti's 1880s Settlement for a nice lunch! I thought we were going to end our trip on a bad note with a flat tire, but even that ended up as a good experience! Would highly recommend! We are thinking it may become an annual getaway for us!

Lovely
It was very well maintained property- lawn, flowers, appearance. I enjoy walking and found the circular drive the perfect place. We sat out in evening and enjoyed the property. LBL is such a great place to visit. Thank you Tony!

Good quiet place to stay with a store nearby
The host had no problem putting my wife and I in a different cabin at the last minute, after I had reserved a cabin with only twin beds also the cabins were warmed up when we got there, which was nice.

Great stay
It was a great weekend getaway! Great way to decompress and turn off our phones, go to Patty’s Settlement , go to the Bison trail and just hang out and relax at the cabin. Beautiful view!!! And Awesomr cabin, will be staying again.

The cabin was super nice, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The neighbors were quiet and we felt very safe. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. She wanted a road trip to a Kentucky, fishing and exploring.

Fishing trip with the guys
We found the place to be perfect for our fishing trip! The property was just as described and the owners were gracious to provide and fishing hints they had heard from the local fishermen. We would definitely stay here again.
