We loved the condo. Very clean, and updated. Not having to pack boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs was extremely helpful. The location was amazing, 5 min walking to beach, 2 min walk to the pool. And all the restaurants and shopping were within a 10-12 min drive. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

Can't say enough about Jason and his condo. The unit was clean and accommodating and Jason was super attentive and responsive to any questions or needs we had. The proximity of Jason's unit to the beach, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. is a real plus. We will definitely be back.

The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. It’s located within walking distance to juniper beach and has other great amenities such as a pool, tennis etc….we will definitely book again.

This property was a perfect fit for our family of four. My two kids, aged 6 months and 3 years, loved the condo and the location was incredibly convenient and walkable to the beach and several playground areas and paths.
We came for spring training and to have some pool and beach days and this property did not disappoint. For all of the parents out there, two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa and washer and dryer included in the unit with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools you would need and there were even free snacks and wine. There was ample beach gear and toys for the kiddos and this is one of the few places where a pack n play and a collapsible travel stroller was included - they even had brand new pack n play sheets to use which gave us great comfort and solidified the overall cleanliness of the unit.
Some of the information on the check-in sheet needs to be updated, but most of that was to the benefit of the guest, like no longer needing to get parking passes for the unit. Our host was responsive and checked with management when we had questions. The wifi was reliable and the condo was well-stocked. We easily and conveniently got breakfast groceries and other snacks delivered from instacart upon our arrival.
Finally, this is one of the few rentals where the instructions were that we did not have to do any laundry or dishes before we left. I did anyway because I did not want to leave the place a mess, but a perk still!

We always look forward to coming back to Jupiter and this unit with its location is a win - win across the board. The owner makes sure that you have a great time and is very attentive to any matters that come about.

Jason was amazing. The condo was new and modern with everything thought out. Water and snacks and Wine at arrival. Bath and Hair products, tissues detergents any thing you would need. Beach chairs tennis racquets and pickle ball supplies. Definitely coming again next year.

This was our third time staying with Jason, our first in "Coastal Paradise". Everything was exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures - we had everything we needed. Very convenient to park, beach and restaurants!

The place is absolutely amazing, highly recommend. You feel at home every second, the apartment is clean and you have everything you need. It is located in a great place, close to the beach and to restaurants. The complex id great as well.

This condo provided a great place for my family to enjoy the beach and visit family living in the area. Jason was an excellent host. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs. However, Jason offered alternatives to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jupiter. A resident tortoise also made the stay even more fun!

Peaceful Week
Beautiful rental property. Very clean and perfect for a getaway. Property owner was very attentive during our stay. The only issue was that the pool was not working during our stay (an ongoing issue apparently), other than that would recommend.

Jupiter vacation
The entire vacation was perfect from check in to check out. The condo was pristine and we didn’t want for anything. Just grab a few groceries and you’re set! Condo is close to everything! We will be back!

Beautiful condo, amenities, close to beach!
Amazing rental, close to all the key spots in Jupiter. The condo was walking distance to the beach, had access to a really nice pool, there was a small patio space and the condo inside was very comfortable, modern, and SO clean. Best of all, so many household items and a work from home set up that made working remotely while there easy and enjoyable. I also appreciate that the guest is not asked to do much cleanup, especially considering the cleaning fee - happy to pay the fee when it means no work from me. On top of that Jason was always accesible and accommodating.

The property seems to have been recently updated and was very nicely done. Very comfortable - would definitely highly recommend and would also stay again if necessary.

Relaxing Paradise
The condo is beautiful. The location is great. You can walk to the beach, and stores and restaurants are very close by. We had to bring sunscreen, that was it. Everything else we needed for our weeks stay was there. If you are looking for a place to stay in Jupiter, you should check out Jason’s properties. He has several. My sister and her family had a 3 bedroom unit just above us!

Jason was extremely helpful and attentive pre trip and during the stay. Condo is in excellent condition. Location is quiet and has great access to many Jupiter restaurants beaches and shops.

The condo was great - couple small snafu's but Jason was on it and extremely responsive. He even offered to bring me a coffee when I responded to his thread by accident.
We rented several units for a family wedding and it was perfect. Would def stay again!

Great condo with recent improvements
The condo was recently remodeled and had everything that we needed, including washer and dryer, stroller, pack n play, beach towels, etc. Great location about a block from the beach and around the corner from the grocery store. We had an issue with the hot water not working and the owner was very responsive and had the contractor come look at it since they were nearby. I would highly recommend this condo for small groups especially families.

Great amenities & great location
We had a wonderful stay! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. There were enough of all the essentials provided (dish & laundry detergent, hand soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, etc) as well as items such as tennis rackets for the court, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a few beach toys. And right by the beach, tennis courts and pool, the location couldn't be beat!

Fantastic Stay in Jupiter
This is a five star rating all around. Not glamorous, but very solid and exactly as advertised. Great location, right on Carlin Park, which was great for morning walks and workouts. Easy 1/4 mile walk across the park to the beach which has lifeguards (a lot of Jupiter beaches do not). Beach chairs and towels here provided and everything provided was high quality and in perfect shape. Th e unit is very close to a nice sized, super well kept pool, which was not very crowded, so lots of room to spread out and social distance. Tons of nice restaurants nearby. Our host Jason was the best! We didn't have any issues but he was always there (virtually) to welcome us, give tips on the area, offer his services and greet us with a nice array of welcome gifts. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
