A small and clean B&B with only four rooms and a shared bathroom - two showers and two toilets. A shared well-equipped kitchen - fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven. Free parking in front of the house. Fast and reliable internet. The pictures correspond the reality.

The location is very good - close to the square, only 10 minutes to walk to the train station but still quiet. The room is very spacious, the facilities were clean. Good wi-fi. Excellent value for the paid price - if you do not care about the staff attitude ;-)

After more than 200 bookings on booking.com and visiting over 60 countries worldwide, I collected here the worst customer experience in my life. The room itself is fully OK but: Even if the name is "Penzion a restaurace U Pošů", the restaurant does not belong to the accommodation and check-in is not possible inside. In the description on booking.com, guests are asked to inform the owers about their arrival time - but this is mentioned in the host profile, which is not visible on mobile devices. At this is a big issue :-) I informed the property about my arrival (17-18) via a message on booking.com well in advance - this was confirmed but then fully ignored. The staff in the restaurant was not helpful at all (first later, it was explained to me that the restaurant does not belong to the pension). And then, I reached the owner: He had not accepted his mistake and just threatened to me to block my booking.com account forever and not letting me stay - even if the stay was paid in advance. At the end, the check-in took over one hour (I arrived at 17.20). The important information is still not in the section "Fine Print", which is visible on mobile devices and includes important info (only "This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. ") I appreciate at least that the formulation under the host profile is now much more clear - but still, not for more than 3/10 :-) In the covid time, my overall customer experience was very positive, however, this exception proves the rule... So overall, the accommodation is very nice and good, but if you insist on your rights and like good customer service, avoid this property. If you do not care, you will be probably happy with U Posu.
