Pet Friendly Sparrow Pond Coastal Cottage with 3 Bedrooms / 3 Baths
Esta cabaña de Sparrow Pond admite mascotas, tiene una cama king y 2 camas queen y es una opción relajante para familias que no quieren que los adultos duerman en camas gemelas. Esta cabaña es una de las únicas cabañas de Sparrow Pond con 3 baños completos. Dos son en suite y el tercero fuera de la sala de estar.
Hay una parrilla de gas en la espaciosa terraza junto con un par de tumbonas. También nos encanta tomar una siesta o leer un libro en la terraza acristalada. La cabaña tiene wifi gratis.
Convenientemente ubicada en West Beach Village, esta cabaña se encuentra a solo 5 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa y piscina comunitaria de Kiawah. También a unos minutos a pie de la nueva y magnífica casa club Cougar Point Golf, donde podrá jugar al golf y desayunar, almorzar, cenar o tomar una copa en el pub deportivo. This house has everything needed for a relaxing vacation at Kiawah, including 3 bathrooms! Close to the beach, pool, golf and only a 15-minute bike ride to Freshfields. Host is great with communication. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is the second Sparrow Pond property we've stayed at. Just like the first, which was under a different owner, we very much enjoyed our time here. The beach is just a short walk away, and the house itself is cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Sparrow Pond area is nicely located, just inside the first gate. This allows one to get to Freshfields and the Kiawah restaurants relatively easily. The beach is just a short walk and the property well maintained.

We loved it. Convenient to the pool and beach. Just one note in contract or provided documents about house - we would have appreciated the head's up about no toilet paper. After a long day of driving that was a surprise at check-in. Everything else was as described. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils, cookware, and dishes for our family of five. We had a great time - thanks for allowing our doggies!

From start to finish Richard was one of the best VRBO hosts I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is immediately responsive and is there for you if you have any questions or needs. The cottage itself was exactly as advertised. The decorating added to the feel of a beach holiday and there is lots of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and having 3 full baths was a big plus for 3 friends travelling together. The walk to both the pool and the beach was very doable and the beautiful surroundings along the path and road add to the experience. We stayed for a full month in April/May and would definitely consider this lovely property again.

The cottage was very clean and not a far drive from front gate. Easy to walk to pond and then to pool and beach so location was great for us as we enjoyed the treehouse feel. This home does have an older kitchen and bathrooms but worked well for our family of four and a large dog.

A wonderful experience

We spent the month of February here, the longest length of time for vacation ever. We were pleased that the cottage was very clean, and that the kitchen was so well-supplied with pots, pans, and utensils, as we cooked in frequently. We also loved that the cottage was within a few blocks of the beach, where we walked every morning.
Richard was very available ahead of time for our specific questions.
Kiawah is "our place", as we have been coming here since the 1980's, so I am sure we will return!

Wonderful week at Kiawah
Our family of 6 adults, a 3 yo and a 10 mo really enjoyed our stay last week. The house was just what we expected, however the bike trails to the beach are narrow and rough and the pool was crowded.

We loved the location of this property (easy walk to beach and pool) and quick drive to Fresh Fields. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 5. The home is in need of some updates (especially the kitchen).

We took after dinner wildlife walks to see deer, herons, other birds, lizards and occasional sights of the local alligator. A/C works good in low 90’s. Nearby shopping and dining 3 miles. Harris Teeter supermarket. We did day trips to Charleston and nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place to relax. The outdoor deck gives the feeling of being in a tree house. The neighbors are plenty quiet. Walking distance...biking is better! to pool and beaches. The trails surrounding are spectacular!

Pet Friendly Option
We hadn't been on Kiawah Island for 12 years and decided to return, this time with 2 small dogs. Thankfully this property was available. We enjoyed an extended stay at this property and are considering another long term stay here.

Cat friendly, comfortable, great location and close to the beach. Sunrise walks on the beach were the best. Quiet location with easy access to Freshfields Village. Would rent again.
